Dosing and administration
The drug is consumed orally, at the same time of day, without binding to food intake, washing down tablets with plain water.

When treating people with a deficiency of renal function, over 65 years of age, a day is prescribed to take 2.5 mg of the substance.

Interactions with other drugs
Combination of the drug with anesthetic medications can cause the development of a cardiodepressant effect that increases the likelihood of lowering blood pressure.
The combination with antihypertensive medications, nitroglycerin and substances that block the slow Ca channels, leads to a sharp and strong decrease in blood pressure.
The use of reserpine, clonidine, antiarrhythmic drugs, guanfacin and α-methyldopa causes an increase in the severity of bradycardia. A combination with clonidine is capable of potentiating the "cancellation" syndrome.
Combination with microsomal oxidation inducers (such as barbiturates and rifampicin) can reduce plasma LA values. In this case, individual inhibitors (for example, cimetidine), on the contrary, increase these indices.
Storage conditions
The ticket must be kept in standard conditions for medicines, in a place that is closed from penetration of small children.
Shelf life
