Nayatox has analgesic and local irritant properties.
Release form
It is produced in the form of an ointment, in 20 g tubes.
Pharmacodynamics
Nayatox is a combination product with anti-inflammatory, local irritant and analgesic effects. It is used as a distraction. Due to the irritating effect of the drug on nerve receptors, there is a reflex expansion of blood vessels and improvement of nutritional processes inside tissues - this effect contributes to the development of an analgesic effect.
Eucalyptus oil with camphor has an analgesic and warming effect.
Methyl salicylate has an additional anti-inflammatory effect by slowing down COX activity and reducing PG production.
Dosing and administration
The ointment should be used externally - treating painful areas of the skin once a day. It is necessary to take 5-10 g of the medicine and gently rub it into the epidermis until it is completely absorbed. If pain is severe, it is allowed to use the ointment twice a day. Therapy usually lasts no more than 10 days, but can be extended according to medical indications.
After applying the product, you must thoroughly wash your hands from the ointment. Avoid getting the medicine on the mucous membranes, and if this does happen by accident, immediately rinse the area with water.
