Indications Mazhezik-sanovel

Mazhezik-sanovel can be used:

  • with headache or toothache, with neuralgia;

Pharmacodynamics

Mazhezik-sanovel is one of the representatives of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs with the properties of an analgesic.

The principle of action Mazhezik-sanovel consists in a significant inhibition of the production of prostaglandins by inhibition of the enzyme cyclooxygenase. Such a reaction entails a decrease in the signs of the inflammatory process, the elimination of redness, swelling, as well as getting rid of painful sensations.

Overdose

Overdose Mazezik-sanovel can manifest itself:

  • disorder of stool;
  • noise in the ears;
  • pain in the head;
  • lesion of the gastric mucosa.

Strong intoxication Mazhezik-sanovel can lead to violations of the central nervous system, which is manifested by drowsiness, agitation, impaired orientation and even coma. Some patients show muscle spasms. Severe cases are characterized by the development of metabolic acidosis and a violation of blood coagulability.
