- extracts from herbs, long used by Chinese doctors to cleanse and restore the surface of the skin and renew its cells;
- water, ion-free impurities, normalizes the proliferation of cells and their renewal, potentiates the action of the components of the lotion;
- ethyl alcohol - antiseptic, preservative.
Chinese psoriasis lotion compound fluocinonide tincture, due to the complex effect of the components, effectively removes inflammation, allergy, stimulates regeneration, renewal and circulation in damaged skin layers, which helps to reduce sensations of itching and burning, and quick healing of the skin surface. Lotion has antiseptic properties and has a preventive effect against secondary infection.
The fluocinonide applied to the skin is converted to an ethereal compound. This property provides excellent absorption by skin, prolonged action, increased glucocorticosteroid activity and prevents penetration into the systemic bloodstream.

Lotion from psoriasis Belosalik - a combination of two active ingredients: glucocorticosteroid (betamethasone dipropionate) and improving its absorption of salicylic acid.
Betamethasone dipropionate, getting on the sites covered with rashes, reduces the development of pro-inflammatory and pro-allergic factors, which helps to eliminate itching, edema and irritation. It has an immunosuppressive effect, reduces the rate of division and growth of cells, narrows the vessels, which reduces redness and normalizes blood microcirculation.
Salicylic acid exfoliates and conducts betamethasone dipropionate into the deeper layers of the skin. It is active against pathogens and prevents secondary infection. Strengthens the anti-inflammatory effect of the hormonal ingredient, promotes the renewal and healing of the epithelial layer.
The form of release: a bottle-dropper and an aerosol bottle with a long nozzle-sprayer, designed to treat the skin under the hairline.
Method of use:
Drop on the affected area of the skin in several places and easily rub or spray on the scalp once or twice a day, depending on the severity of the lesion. Duration of treatment - no more than a month.
The use in combination with other drugs, which contain ethyl alcohol and have a drying effect, can lead to skin irritation.
Store for no more than two years, observing the storage temperature to 25 ° C.
Lotion from psoriasis Elokom - monopreparat with the active substance mometasone furoate. The form of release - bottles with a dropper.

The antiallergic effect of mometasone furoate is reduced to the binding of histamine and serotonin.

In the focus of inflammation, the strength of the vascular envelopes increases, their lumen narrows, the microcirculation of the blood improves, which reduces swelling.
The migration of eosinophils and proliferation of T-lymphocytes slows down, also contributing to the reduction of the inflammatory process.
Absorption of the active substance and its penetration into the systemic blood flow is determined by many factors, however, as a rule, it does not exceed 1% of the dose received during processing.
Side effects occur usually with a duration of treatment more than three weeks. In addition to the above effects can be observed headaches, hypertension, instant vision loss, edema of the optic nerve.
Method of use - every day, once the area of damage is treated with several drops of lotion, rubbing it with light massage movements. As the condition improves, the treatment will be processed every other day.

A good effect may have non-hormonal lotions from psoriasis, which are used alone or in combination with antibiotics, hormonal external and oral drugs, enterosgel. Lotions are usually prescribed in the treatment of psoriatic eruptions in areas with hair.
Dyvoneks lotion, the active ingredient of which is calcipotriol monohydrate. The structure and properties of this substance are similar to the natural metabolite of cholecalciferol. When topical application in the systemic blood stream falls from 1 to 5% calcipotriol, biotransformation of which occurs in the liver cells.
The use of lotion by pregnant and lactating women is not recommended.
Contraindicated in case of sensitization to components, an overabundance of vitamin D and / or calcium, renal stone disease, hypercalciuria. It is not suitable for the treatment of facial skin and mucous membranes.

Lotion PsoEasy, also referring to cosmetic natural remedies, is indicated for the treatment of psoriatic and seborrheic head skin lesions. It eliminates dry skin and itching sensation, softens and exfoliates dead skin, removes inflammatory manifestations.
The main active ingredients of the lotion are the Dead Sea minerals, extracts from the mahogany of the pallidus, calendula flowers, rosemary and essential oil of the tea tree.
Lotion is treated with scalp and lightly rubbed with massage movements. Daily treatment is carried out for at least 15 days.
The following lotions from China are positioned as natural and non-hormonal drugs. Lotion Jie Er Yin consists of ingredients of only plant origin. This wormwood, sophora, root-jug, gardenia jasmine. It has a pronounced antimicrobial and antipruritic activity, removes inflammatory symptoms and regulates the activity of the immune system.
It is recommended to be used in combination with other drugs, as an addition to the main drug. The action of the lotion does not extend to psoriatic rashes, but it effectively heals cracks and combs, eliminates itching and infection.
Lee Kang Lotion containing borneol, camphor, salicylic and fluoric acids, water without ion impurities and extracts of herbs (almost Fufan, only without the hormonal component).
He has, according to reviews, a quick positive effect in just a few days. This recalls the well-known, now scandalously, Skin-Cap lotion, in which the hormonal ingredient clobetasol (not declared in the composition) was discovered, which can now explain the striking efficacy of the drug. This tool is banned in the US and several European countries.

Dosing and administration
For lotions that have a hormonal ingredient in their composition is characterized by speed.
