Pharmacodynamics
The drug is a biostimulator that has a general tonic as well as adaptogenic effects. Helps improve the metabolism of cells, tissue regeneration and trophism. Strengthens the general nonspecific immunity and resistance of mucous membranes with respect to the impact of damaging microorganisms, and in addition accelerates the healing processes. Boosts appetite and stimulates the immune system. Increases energy reserves in spermatozoa, and also increases their mobility.
Dosing and administration
If there is a precipitate in the ampoule, it is required to shake the container before opening it to form a uniform suspension. Introduced the drug sc, every day. For adults, 1 ml (for a day not more than 3-4 ml), for children 3-5 years for 0.2-0.3 ml and for children from 5 years - at a rate of 0.5 ml . The treatment course is 30-50 injections. The second course is allowed only 2-3 months after the end of the previous one.
Use Aloe Extract during pregnancy
The medicine can not be prescribed for pregnant women, because the mechanism of the effect of this drug (as a biostimulator) is not sufficiently studied at this stage.
Contraindications
Among the contraindications:
- intolerance to the drug;
- severe forms of cardiovascular pathologies, elevated blood pressure;
- acute forms of disorders of the digestive tract (among them diarrhea), problems with intestinal permeability;
- appendicitis, ulcerative colitis, with unexplained nature abdominal pain;
- transmural ileitis, hemorrhoids;
- a disorder in the kidney or liver;
- complicated types of nephro-nephritis;
- diffuse form of glomerulonephritis;
- cystitis, bleeding from the uterus;
- spitting blood;
- cholelithiasis.

Side effects Aloe Extract
The use of drugs can cause such adverse reactions:
Organs of the digestive system: dyspeptic phenomena, abdominal pain, feeling of perspiration in the throat;
Organs of the cardiovascular system: increased blood pressure;
Organs of the immune system: an allergy that includes rashes, itching and hives with hyperemia;
Other: dizziness, increased bleeding during menstruation, a sensation of surging blood to organs located in the small pelvis, hyperthermia, burning sensation, changes in the site of drug administration.
