Abdominal pain and diarrhea are symptoms that will not surprise anyone. Everyone encounters such troubles in life, and usually more than once. If this happens after eating potentially poisonous or stale food, we can guess the reason for the symptoms ourselves, suspecting poisoning. But sometimes the symptoms appear, it would seem, out of nowhere, putting us in a state of confusion. After all, not everyone knows what to do with abdominal pain and diarrhea, if they did not arise as a result of poisoning or stomach upset. Read also about what to do with diarrhea in this article.

Since there are many causes of abdominal pain and diarrhea, and some diseases have restrictions on first aid procedures, you need to be careful before seeing a doctor and getting an accurate diagnosis. We believe that if pain appears, it must be relieved with painkillers, because pain cannot be tolerated. On the one hand, this is quite logical. But by relieving pain symptoms, we thereby distort the picture of the disease.

For example, if you have abdominal pain on the right, the doctor will most likely suspect appendicitis. And the diagnosis of this pathology involves tests with pressing on the appendix. If it is appendicitis, the patient will experience severe pain, which will confirm the diagnosis. But if, thanks to painkillers, the person does not respond to pressing, the doctor will look for the cause elsewhere, and time is running out. In acute appendicitis, playing with time can cost the patient his life.

Sometimes, with appendicitis, the pain is so severe that a person simply cannot say which side of the stomach hurts, because it seems to him that it hurts everywhere. Therefore, appendicitis cannot be ruled out even when the patient says that the lower part of the abdomen hurts without specifying the exact location of the pain.

It would seem that if you can't give a painkiller, then maybe at least apply heat to the stomach, which helps relieve the pain? This also can't be done. The purulent-inflammatory process that we have with appendicitis can only intensify from the effect of heat and the tense appendix will burst, releasing its contents into the peritoneal cavity.

It turns out that until the diagnosis of appendicitis is refuted, it is not dangerous to take painkillers or use heat. It must be said that painkillers in case of abdominal pain of unknown etiology are generally undesirable. Having felt relief, a person may not seek help from doctors at all. But if we are talking about an ulcer, which can provoke bleeding and peritonitis, it is precisely the pain that can save a person, forcing him to contact specialists in time and receive timely qualified help.

Now, regarding gastric and intestinal lavage. It makes sense to lavage the stomach in the first hours after eating, and only if you are sure that it is food poisoning or food intolerance. In case of inflammation and gastric ulcer, such a procedure is unlikely to alleviate the patient's condition, but it can worsen it, because the inflamed walls of the organ will experience increased stress.

Caution should also be exercised with enemas that help cleanse the intestines. On the one hand, some of them help to cope with diarrhea, but in case of intestinal diseases, such treatment is contraindicated and can provoke a deterioration in the condition, rupture of the walls of the inflamed intestine, peritonitis. Gastric lavage and enemas are especially dangerous for appendicitis. In this case, cleansing procedures should be carried out by a specialist directly in the hospital. And before the doctor arrives, the patient should be provided with rest. Treatment of appendicitis is surgical, so taking any medications can do little to help treat the disease.

Besides, it is not known whether it is worth fighting diarrhea at all when its cause remains a mystery. Diarrhea and vomiting are a natural reaction of the body. In this way, it tries to cleanse itself of harmful substances. By taking strong laxatives and antiemetics, we counteract our body. Toxic substances remain in it, continuing to poison the body, causing organ failures and worsening the patient's condition.

But in this case, what pills can you take if your stomach hurts and you suffer from diarrhea? Enterosorbents (Activated carbon, White coal, Polysorb, Smecta, Polyphepan, etc.) are considered the safest and most useful for various diseases. In case of food poisoning and intoxication, they are the main medicines, and in case of other pathologies, if they do not have a specific therapeutic effect, they will at least alleviate the patient's condition by removing waste, toxins and some of the bacteria that have entered the body, thereby reducing the number of bowel movements and normalizing stool, as well as reducing pain.

True, taking enterosorbents, which are oral medications, makes sense if the patient does not vomit (this applies to all medications passing through the gastrointestinal tract). Otherwise, the drugs simply will not have time to act. But on the other hand, vomiting itself helps remove everything unnecessary from the body.

It makes sense to fight this symptom when the stomach is already empty, but vomiting does not stop. After all, in this case, the vomit will contain only water and bile, which irritates the esophagus.

Water loss due to vomiting and diarrhea may vary. But this situation is considered potentially dangerous due to the risk of developing dehydration. If a person does not vomit, to prevent dehydration, he can take oral rehydrants (Regidron, Hydrovit, Oralit, Gastrolit, etc.) and drink more water. If vomiting does not stop, the person should be hospitalized. In the hospital, these drugs will be administered intravenously (in the form of drips).

It is better to refrain from eating during the period of pain and diarrhea. In case of pancreatitis, such a requirement is considered mandatory, since it helps the pancreas to recover. Enveloping agents (Almagel, Phosphalugel, Omez, etc.) help to reduce stomach irritation, reduce the intensity of the inflammatory process in it and somewhat relieve pain.

In the future, the doctor may prescribe drugs to the patient that reduce the acidity of gastric juice, which will reduce its irritating effect on the gastrointestinal mucosa (Ranitidine, Famotidine, Remmaks, Rennie, Pechaev tablets, etc.). This measure is mandatory for gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, gastritis with high acidity, reflux disease and is useful for some other pathologies.

The work of the organs can be facilitated by means of preparations containing digestive enzymes (Pancreatin, Mezim, Festal, Creon, etc.). These medicines will be useful for several days after the acute symptoms disappear. After all, they will help the diseased organs to recover, giving them the opportunity to rest from active work.

If intestinal dysbacteriosis is suspected, special bacterial agents – probiotics (Bifiform, Bifidumbacterin, Linex, Hilak-forte, Acipol, Enterol, etc.) – will come to the rescue. It is recommended to gradually introduce fermented milk products containing lacto- and bifidobacteria into the patient’s diet. Taking loperamide is effective.

It is clear that if the cause of pathological processes in the body is an infection, then you cannot do without immunomodulators and antibacterial agents. The latter should be prescribed by the attending physician after determining the causative agent of the disease. Antibiotics in any case should be taken together with probiotics, which will help prevent disruption of the intestinal microflora. Otherwise, intestinal dysbacteriosis can be obtained as a result of incorrect treatment of intestinal infections, gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori, colitis and other infectious diseases.

An elevated temperature that appears together with abdominal pain and diarrhea should not be rushed to bring down, because it is part of the clinical picture of the disease. Methods that reduce body temperature can be used only when it rises to critical values, i.e. when it becomes higher than 38.5-39 degrees. In this case, it is imperative to tell the doctor about the increase in temperature even if the thermometer showed normal values at the time of the meeting.

For any illness that causes abdominal pain and diarrhea, doctors recommend abstaining from food for at least 24 hours, drinking only clean boiled water (preferably warm or at room temperature). Hot and cold water can only further irritate the inflamed organs of the digestive system, causing new attacks of exacerbation.

In the future, you will need to adhere to a diet recommended for diseases of the digestive organs. This diet should be prescribed by the attending physician, based on the patient's diagnosis. Light food that does not burden the gastrointestinal tract is recommended for several days even in case of mild poisoning and stomach upset.

In cases of poisoning, stomach upset, exacerbation of various diseases, patients are recommended to rest and stay in bed. It is not recommended to show increased physical activity and the first days after the relief of acute symptoms. The body must be given the opportunity to fully rest so that it can recover from the disease faster.

Universal drugs

Now let's talk about those drugs that can help cope with such symptoms as abdominal pain and diarrhea. But not in the same way as painkillers and antidiarrheal drugs, which radically change the clinical picture of the disease and prevent diagnosis. Such drugs should always be in your home medicine cabinet.

"Smecta" is a natural enterosorbent that normalizes the production of mucus by the gastrointestinal tract, thereby reducing the irritating effect on the internal walls of the organs, and also binds and removes harmful substances from the body: bacteria, viruses, toxic products of their vital activity without negatively affecting intestinal motility. The drug is generally harmless, since it is not absorbed into the blood and is excreted naturally through the intestines. Removing irritants from the body, thereby reducing pain and normalizing stool.

The drug will be useful for acute and chronic diarrhea of various origins, including infectious diseases. It is also suitable for relieving unpleasant symptoms of gastritis, stomach and duodenal ulcers, colitis and other infectious and inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.

Doctors recommend for the above pathologies to undergo a three- to seven-day course of treatment with a drug produced in the form of a powder in dosed sachets. A suspension is prepared from this powder (usually 1 sachet of the drug is used for 50-100 g of water).

Treatment with this remedy can be carried out at any age, adjusting only the dose of the sorbent. So for infants, prepare a solution of 1 packet of medicine and ¼ glass of water and give the baby to drink in small portions during the day. The finished solution can be placed in a baby bottle or added to liquid and semi-liquid complementary foods or baby food.

Children of the second year of life use 1 or 2 sachets of sorbent per day. Older children should drink a solution prepared from 2-3 sachets of medicine per day.

Adults are recommended to take the drug three times a day, using 1 sachet at a time.

The drug has very few contraindications. It is not prescribed for intestinal obstruction, since the medicine must be excreted through the intestines, taking with it all unnecessary. It is also not suitable for those who have hypersensitivity to its components.

The drug also has a minimum of side effects. In isolated cases, there were complaints of constipation, but the problem was solved by reducing the dosage of the drug. In case of hypersensitivity to the components of the sorbent, various intolerance reactions may occur, which requires a change in the drug.

" Regidron " is one of the most popular drugs that prevent dehydration and loss of necessary electrolytes during vomiting and diarrhea, and also support the body energetically due to the glucose included in its composition. The osmolarity of the drug is considered ideal, since its use does not cause an excess of some minerals in the body, but replenishes their deficiency, bringing the concentration to normal levels.

The drug is useful both in cases of dehydration due to diseases of the digestive system with symptoms such as vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea, and in cases of increased sweating, which disrupts the acidity of the blood and the water-alkaline balance.

The drug is available in dosed sachets. The contents of 1 sachet should be diluted with one liter of hot boiled water and cooled after dissolution. In case of diarrhea, the medicine is taken after each bowel movement, in case of vomiting - after each emptying of the stomach. The composition is taken in small sips, remembering to shake it.

Regardless of the patient's age, he should drink at least 10 ml of the solution per kilogram of his weight within an hour. Subsequently, the dose can be reduced to 5 ml per kg.

The drug is generally safe. It is used to prevent and treat dehydration in children, pregnant women, and the elderly. If the specified dosages are observed, it does not cause side effects. If you use high doses, there is a risk of developing conditions caused by excess sodium and potassium in the body (hypernatremia or hyperkalemia). A person experiences weakness, heart rhythm disturbances, confusion, and respiratory failure. If kidney function is impaired, there is a high risk of seizures, muscle weakness, and respiratory failure, so in acute or chronic renal failure, the use of the drug is undesirable. Such patients should be treated in a hospital setting.

Contraindications to taking the drug, in addition to renal insufficiency, include excess potassium in the body, diabetes of any type, hypertension (except for mild forms).

"Phosphalugel" is an equally popular preparation based on aluminum phosphate, which is widely used because it can reduce the acidity of gastric juice and protect the gastrointestinal mucosa from irritation in various diseases of the digestive system: gastritis with normal and high acidity, ulcerative lesions of the stomach and duodenum, inflammation of the duodenum (duodenitis), esophageal hernia, reflux disease. The drug is also used for functional dyspepsia and diarrhea, gastrointestinal disorders caused by poor-quality food, intestinal infections, intoxication, taking certain medications, etc.

The drug is prescribed even if a person experiences abdominal pain, bloating and sour belching associated with nutritional disorders or abuse of gastrointestinal irritating drinks (coffee, alcohol), or bad habits (smoking).

The drug is available in single-use sachets. Each sachet contains a white gel with a sweetish taste, which can be used in its original form or as an aqueous solution (1 sachet per ½ glass of water).

For children under six months who are fed 6 times a day, the drug is given after each meal, 1 teaspoon, which is a quarter of a packet. Children over 6 years old are fed 4 times a day, which means the drug should be given 4 times after meals. The dosage will be 2 times more - half a packet or 2 teaspoons.

For children over one year old and adult patients, the drug is prescribed 1-2 packets at a time, with a frequency of administration of 2 or 3 times a day. Depending on the diagnosis, the medicine is taken before meals (for gastritis) or after it (hernia, reflux disease, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer). For functional diarrhea, it is recommended to take the drug twice a day: in the morning on an empty stomach and at night.

The drug is not used in case of hypersensitivity reactions to its components, chronic diarrhea, constipation, Alzheimer's disease. It is not recommended to use the antacid for severe abdominal pain of unknown cause.

The drug may impair the absorption of some oral medications in the gastrointestinal tract, so they should be taken at intervals of 2 hours.

Side effects of the drug are usually limited to rare cases of constipation (most often observed in people with low mobility or taking the gel in large doses), even rarer episodes of diarrhea due to the sorbitol content and allergic reactions due to intolerance to aluminum or other components of the drug.

"Mezim" is a drug familiar to many from rhymed advertising that helps to cope with unpleasant symptoms that arise from overeating and eating food that is hard on the stomach. But in fact, this natural enzyme drug has a wider application. After all, it helps the pancreas and the entire digestive system work, the work of which can be disrupted due to many reasons that we mentioned above.

Vaci, a preparation based on pancreatin, is prescribed:

  • when the pancreas produces less pancreatic enzymes, which often happens with inflammation of the organ or tumor processes in it,
  • for the treatment of exacerbations of chronic inflammatory or degenerative diseases of the gastrointestinal tract,
  • in case of dysfunction of various organs of the digestive system after medical procedures and injuries,
  • in case of nutritional errors, which result in nausea, heaviness in the epigastrium, flatulence, abdominal pain and diarrhea,
  • as preparation for diagnostic procedures (X-ray or ultrasound of abdominal organs).

The drug is available in tablet form, which should be kept in the home medicine cabinet just in case. The medicine is taken during or immediately before meals, without waiting for discomfort in the stomach. It is not recommended to crush or chew the tablets due to the risk of reducing their effectiveness due to damage to the protective film.

Adult patients are prescribed the drug in the amount of 1-2 tablets per dose. The medicine should be taken 1 to 3 times a day. If necessary, the dose is increased.

The pediatric dosage should be discussed directly with the attending physician. The duration of taking the drug should also be discussed with the pediatrician, therapist or gastroenterologist.

The medicine is not prescribed for the following conditions:

  • individual intolerance to the components of the drug,
  • in acute pancreatitis (during this period, complete abstinence from food intake is recommended),
  • during exacerbations of chronic pancreatitis (identical situation).

The possibility of taking the drug during pregnancy is discussed with the attending physician.

Now a little about the side effects that are possible when taking the medicine. These are allergic reactions in the presence of hypersensitivity, constipation, nausea, discomfort in the abdomen. Such symptoms occur very rarely.

If you take the enzyme preparation for a very long time without interruption, the content of uric acid in the urine (hyperuricosuria) and blood (hyperuricemia) may increase. In patients with cystic fibrosis, narrowing of the intestine at the junction of the ileum and cecum (ileocercal region) is possible.

"Linex" is a drug that will be useful not only in the case of dysbacteriosis caused by antibiotic therapy. It will help in the treatment of diarrhea caused by opportunistic microflora, intestinal infections and viruses (for example, in the treatment of rotavirus and enterovirus infections).

The drug is also used for diarrhea in newborns caused by immature intestinal microflora.

The preparation contains 3 types of bacteria that live in our intestines, promote the process of digestion and absorption of food and support our immunity (lacto- and bifidobacteria, as well as beneficial enterococci).

The drug is available in capsule form, which can be swallowed or opened and only the powder inside can be used, mixed with a small amount of water. The drug is most effectively taken during meals (or immediately after), but you will need to exclude alcohol and hot food or drinks, which have a detrimental effect on the living bacteria in the capsule. It is better to wash down the capsules with slightly warm water in small quantities.

Children under 2 years of age are given 1 capsule three times a day. It is clear that babies are not able to swallow the capsule, so it is opened and the powder is mixed with 1 teaspoon of sweet water, juice or tea. The prepared composition should be used immediately.

Children under 12 years of age should take 1 or 2 capsules three times daily. Those who cannot swallow the capsule with powder, take the powder with water as described above.

Patients over 12 years of age take 2 capsules with the same frequency of administration. The duration of treatment in any case should be discussed with a doctor. If two-day treatment does not produce results and diarrhea does not subside, again a specialist consultation is necessary.

The only contraindication to taking the medicine is individual intolerance to the components of the drug or milk.

The occurrence of side effects in this drug is rather an exception. The probability of their occurrence is less than 1 in 10 thousand. We are talking about allergic reactions in people with hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Before using the drug, it is recommended to visit a doctor to get an accurate diagnosis. The decision to take the drug in case of high temperature, blood in the stool, dehydration, diarrhea with severe pain, various chronic diseases and other potentially dangerous situations should be made only by a specialist doctor.

In principle, this also applies to other drugs listed in the article, no matter how safe they may seem. Severe abdominal pain and diarrhea, especially accompanied by frequent vomiting and fever, are not a reason to experiment on your body.

Folk remedies

When abdominal pain and diarrhea appear, we usually blame poor-quality food and are not always in a hurry to tell the doctor about our problem. Some people rush to wash out their stomach and wait until the symptoms subside on their own. Others immediately remember folk medicine and recipes that our ancestors used to treat such symptoms. Fortunately, there are quite a lot of such folk treatment recipes.

For example, flax seed infusion is considered effective against diarrhea, as it has noticeable absorbent properties. It is enough to take 1 tablespoon of seeds per glass of boiling water and let the mixture brew for one hour. This medicine should be taken three times a day, drinking a glass of infusion to the bottom and having prepared the next one in advance. In case of constipation, flax seed treatment has a laxative effect, and in case of diarrhea, it reduces the number of trips to the toilet, removing harmful substances from the intestines that have an irritating effect on it.

Oak bark also has remarkable tanning properties. To treat diarrhea, pour 1 tablespoon of crushed bark with three glasses of water and boil over low heat for a quarter of an hour. Take the decoction 3 times a day, 2 dessert spoons.

Rye crackers also help against severe diarrhea. Dry crusts of rye bread should be poured with warm water and strained after a quarter of an hour. Drink the infusion half a glass every 2 hours during the day. The next day, diarrhea and pain should noticeably weaken or disappear completely. If this does not happen, then the cause is an infection, a severe inflammatory process in the gastrointestinal tract or another pathology, and not poisoning with poor-quality products or nutritional disorders.

It is believed that strong brewed black or green tea (this drink is preferable for high acidity of gastric juice) also helps against diarrhea; it should be consumed at least 3 times a day. This treatment may not give a quick effect, but it will not cause harm.

Potato starch has a quick effect on diarrhea. 1 teaspoon of potato starch should be diluted in ½ glass of water and drunk. This remedy has an astringent and enveloping effect, i.e. it simultaneously fights diarrhea and protects the gastrointestinal mucosa.

For treating children, it is better to use rice broth without salt, which should have the consistency of liquid jelly. This remedy has a similar effect. It should be given to a child or an adult warm every 3-4 hours, half a glass at a time. By the way, rice broth and potato starch also relieve abdominal pain, like Phosphalugel.

For pomegranate lovers, we recommend not throwing away pomegranate peels, but drying them and using them to treat diarrhea. Pour 2 tablespoons of crushed peels into a glass of water and boil for about half an hour. Take 2 tablespoons of the strained and cooled decoction before meals. You can eat 20 minutes after taking the fixing composition. It is believed that this recipe is also effective for severe intestinal diseases with severe diarrhea (for example, dysentery and cholera). But you should not risk and treat such dangerous diseases with pomegranate peels alone.

Pain in the abdomen can be relieved with the help of caraway seeds, fennel (dill) or a garden spice called dill.

Prepare a decoction of caraway seeds: take 1 tbsp of seeds for 2 glasses of water, boil the mixture for no more than 5 minutes and let it brew. It is recommended to take this decoction in the morning on an empty stomach or before meals.

Infusion of dill or fennel seeds: take 1 teaspoon of seeds per glass of boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Take the infusion at least 3 times a day.

Fresh potato juice, which should be drunk on an empty stomach, ½-1 glass, also helps fight stomach pain. This is a proven remedy for inflammatory diseases of the stomach, normalizing the acidity of gastric juice and protecting the walls of the organ from irritation. Potato juice can reduce the manifestations of diarrhea.

For symptoms such as abdominal pain and diarrhea, herbal treatments can also be helpful. Mother Nature has given us many healing plants that can help with these unpleasant symptoms.

For example, bird cherry berries, which have an astringent effect, are great for fighting diarrhea. They should be brewed like tea and drunk throughout the day, which will help get rid of pain and diarrhea.

Mint tea also has a good effect on stomach pain (take 1-2 teaspoons of fresh or dry leaves of the plant per glass of boiling water). The tea should be infused for at least 10 minutes, after which drink slowly in small sips.

Chamomile helps reduce pain and diarrhea due to its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effects. A decoction or infusion of the plant will be useful for gastritis, ulcerative lesions of the stomach and duodenum, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome and even dysbacteriosis.

For an infusion or decoction, which is prepared in a water bath for 20 minutes, take 1-2 tablespoons of crushed plant flowers per 1 glass of boiling water (dilute a strong decoction with half water). The prepared composition should be drunk during the day in 3 doses. Children are given no more than 4 tablespoons per day.

But calamus root helps fight stomach pains due to its multiple beneficial properties (tonic, anti-inflammatory, choleretic, antibacterial). It not only improves digestion, but also normalizes liver function, fights microbes, and stops inflammation in the digestive system.

Usually, an infusion of the plant root is prepared by taking 1 tablespoon of crushed plant material per 1 cup of boiling water and leaving the mixture to infuse for a quarter of an hour. Before each meal, you need to take 50 ml of the infusion.

For diseases accompanied by diarrhea and abdominal pain, sage, St. John's wort, yarrow, centaury and some other medicinal herbs will also be useful. For uncontrollable diarrhea, you can try brewing horse sorrel seeds. They have high antidiarrheal and antibacterial activity, so they help even with severe diarrhea with water.

All the above-described folk recipes are quite safe and help well with minor abdominal pain and diarrhea caused by stress or consumption of poor-quality food, inflammatory diseases of the stomach and intestines.

But it is important to understand that in case of infectious pathologies, folk treatment may be insufficient and only worsen the problem. In addition, various plants may have contraindications, so treatment suitable for one patient may be potentially dangerous for another, causing allergic reactions and exacerbation of existing diseases.

Traditional treatment for serious pathologies should be classified as an adjuvant therapy and carried out only after a full examination and diagnosis. It is scary to imagine what result can be obtained by trying to treat appendicitis with traditional remedies, believing that it is colitis, poisoning or dysbacteriosis.

Homeopathy

Homeopathic medicines are a topic for a separate discussion, because these medicines are very difficult to select without certain knowledge from the field of homeopathy, which is considered an unconventional method of treatment. Each drug used in homeopathic treatment has many different indications. For the prescription of such drugs, it is not so much the diagnosis that plays a role, as the existing symptoms, as well as the constitutional and psycho-emotional characteristics of the patient's body.

But now we will talk about specific drugs, the pathogenesis of which includes symptoms such as abdominal pain and diarrhea:

  • Arsenicum album. This drug can be prescribed for severe burning pain in the stomach and intestines, the presence of vomiting and diarrhea, when relief comes from heat, and worsens from cold or touching the abdomen.
  • Bryonia is useful for colic in an inflamed stomach and diarrhea. In this case, there is a lack of tension in the abdominal muscles (soft stomach), irritability, a bitter taste in the mouth, worsening of the condition with movement and eating.
  • Chamomilla is prescribed for intestinal and hepatic colic, accompanied by bloating after eating, greenish diarrhea, belching and vomiting with the smell of rotten eggs, and the appearance of cold sweat.
  • Dioscorea is indicated for severe colic that does not subside after defecation, increased gas formation, sour belching and regular morning diarrhea. When a person bends, the pain only intensifies.
  • Podophyllum in its pathogenesis has nausea, spastic pains and frequent loose stools with inflammation of the rectum. A person feels better when he lies on his stomach.
  • Veratrum album may be prescribed for severe cramping pains, as a result of which a person takes a forced position, bent into a ball. Vomiting and diarrhea are also observed. The appearance of cold sweat, clouding of consciousness.
  • Pulsatilla is useful for colic and cutting abdominal pains of varying intensity, accompanied by alternating diarrhea and constipation. The patient may complain of a bitter taste in the mouth or a disturbance in taste perception. Such patients feel better in the open air with a little physical activity.

This is far from a complete list of drugs that a homeopathic doctor can prescribe for abdominal pain and diarrhea. As we can see, in order to prescribe drugs correctly, it is necessary to take into account various points that seem insignificant to an ordinary person. Self-medication in this case may not only fail to bring results, but even worsen the patient's condition.

But before turning to alternative treatment, it is still worth getting a consultation from a classical medicine specialist with an in-person diagnosis of the disease.
