Diarrhea is not the most pleasant phenomenon, from which, unfortunately, no one is immune. Diarrhea always occurs at the most inopportune moment, and we are forced to urgently seek an answer to the question: what to do with diarrhea? How to ease the state, because life does not wait - someone must run to work, to study, to do business, and then - a situation that the house - not a foot. In this article, we will try to give clear and valuable recommendations on how to help yourself and your fellow people with different conditions associated with intestinal disorders.

Who to contact?

What to do with diarrhea and vomiting?

Diarrhea and vomiting are frequent signs of poisoning. Such symptoms can occur either immediately or within hours after eating poor-quality food, various poisons, getting a bacterial infection and other toxic substances into the digestive tract. As a rule, poisoning is accompanied not only by the above symptoms, but also by general weakness, spastic pain in the abdomen, dizziness.

In order to help, it is necessary to perform the following actions:

  • cleanse the digestive tract (after a vomiting, rinse the stomach, then drink activated charcoal in the amount of 1 tablet per 10 kg of the patient's weight, or sorbex, polysorb, etc.);
  • temporarily give up food until the condition improves, you can drink warm sugar-free tea;
  • If there is a bacterial infection, consult a doctor who prescribes antibiotics.

Eating after poisoning is recommended not earlier than 36 hours after the attack. Do not immediately switch to conventional food. To begin with, you can eat a cracker with tea. After this, you can gradually expand the diet with liquid porridges on the water (preferably rice), low-fat soups, fresh cottage cheese and boiled eggs.

What to do with nausea and diarrhea?

Nausea and diarrhea can be consequences:

  • poisoning;
  • Overeating;
  • eating food dry;
  • disturbances in the digestion of food;
  • dyskinesia of the gallbladder.

The best option in this case may be gastric lavage. How to do it correctly?

To begin with, prepare about 2 liters of warm drinking water (or a washing liquid, see below) and a basin for vomit (you can use the toilet bowl directly). Immediately drink as much warm water as possible, then bend over the basin, finger stimulate the root surface of the tongue to induce vomiting. With vomit masses must go not only to water, but also the remains of food that were in the stomach. If the food is not all out, it is recommended to repeat the procedure.

To wash the stomach cavity, you can simply use pure water, or a solution of salt or soda (1 tablespoon per 2 liters of water). You can use a weak slightly pink solution of manganese-potassium hydroxide, necessarily filtered.

After washing it is important to drink a suspension of activated carbon. Instead, you can use polysorbent or enterosgel.

If after this condition has not improved, it is recommended to consult a doctor without delay.

What to do with diarrhea and temperature?

Diarrhea accompanied by fever can be observed not only with acute poisoning, but also with intestinal infectious diseases, and even with ARVI. The diagnosis is established on the basis of all the detected symptoms in the aggregate.

What can make a patient if at the moment he does not have the opportunity to consult a doctor? There are a few simple tips:

  • drink more liquid, warm, savory and still. Herbal teas from chamomile, dog rose, St. John's wort, mint are good. If vomiting occurs, do not hold back - often after the vomiting symptom relief begins;
  • and the treatment time, give up alcohol, sweets, spicy, sour and fatty foods, do not eat roast and smoked, or even better - arrange a day off for herbal tea;
  • You can take activated charcoal for at least 5 tablets per reception.

If the temperature and diarrhea are accompanied by cold symptoms, then after her treatment they will also pass. However, the diet is not a problem here either.

Observe the chair: if there are traces of blood in the feces, you will still have to find an opportunity to get to the doctor, since this symptom is quite dangerous.

If the disease and the intake of activated charcoal do not pass the disease for more than 3 days, then in this case, you will also have to contact the doctor.

What to do with diarrhea with blood?

If blood was found in feces, this could mean the following:

  • fresh clots or veins of blood can talk about hemorrhoids, fissures of the anal opening;
  • dark feces indicate the presence of peptic ulcer, or other latent bleeding in the digestive system;
  • feces with blood can also be a sign of acute bacterial infections, for example, salmonellosis, dysentery or cholera.

If blood is found in the bowel movement, it is strongly recommended that you consult a doctor, as the diseases that are accompanied by such symptoms are considered very serious. If the cause is infectious diseases, then the doctor will prescribe antibacterial therapy, depending on the type of infection. Most often these are preparations of the fluoroquinolone group (for example, ciprofloxacin).

From the alternative means helps infusion of chamomile, St. John's wort, sage, calendula, nettle, plantain. However, if the condition does not normalize within three days, or there is a fever, acute pain in the abdomen, dizziness - a doctor's consultation is mandatory, and urgently. Call an "ambulance", or a local doctor at home.

If the blood in the excrements is a consequence of hemorrhoids or anal fissures, hemostatic suppositories can be used based on components such as vicasol, decinone, calcium chloride. These substances increase blood coagulability and stop bleeding.

What to do with diarrhea with water?

Watery feces usually indicate an infectious disease of the small intestine. In this state, the body can lose a lot of fluid, it can even lead to dehydration. The causative agent of the disease is rotavirus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella. Sometimes the reason may be antibiotic treatment, intolerance of certain foods.

Simultaneously with liquid excrement, toxic substances are removed from the intestine, and for this reason, it is not worth taking measures to stop diarrhea immediately. You can resort to medicines after the second, and preferably the third chair.

The patient should drink more liquid: infusions, teas, compotes, you can special mixtures of electrolytes (sold in pharmacies). From the menu, you exclude sharp and fatty foods, as well as foods with lots of fiber (vegetables, fruits, black bread).

What is recommended to use as a treatment:

  • blueberry jelly;
  • infusion of St. John's wort;
  • Loperamide 2-3 tablets at a time;
  • Furazolidone 2 tablets 3-4 times a day;
  • Biseptol 2 tablets 2 times a day;
  • Imodium - 1-2 tablets a day.

It is also useful to drink rice decoction. To make it, take 1-2 tablespoons of rice for 500-600 ml of water. Rice boiled without salt, without sugar and without oil, only on water. Such a decoction should be drunk during the day in any amount.

What to do with abdominal pain and diarrhea?

Pain in the abdomen on the background of rapid fluid stool may indicate the development of intestinal colic or enterocolitis. In this situation for 24-48 hours better to refuse to eat (you can drink herbal infusions and tea with a white cracker). Next, the patient goes on a protein diet or on the treatment table number 4. Excluded from the diet are fruit and vegetable dishes, milk, fatty and fried foods. The food is steamed or boiled.

If enterocolitis is caused by an infectious agent, then antibiotics are prescribed (eg, nofloxacin), and after them - enterobiotics, normalizing the intestinal microflora.

From the alternative methods, you can use the following recipes:

  • an infusion of alder cones;
  • infusion of St. John's wort with mint;
  • tincture of pomegranate crusts;
  • decoction of yarrow and sage.

If the disease is caused by a functional disorder of the digestive system, the abdominal pain in most cases passes after bowel evacuation, so do not interfere with the excretion of liquid feces. If the cramping pain continues, you can drink 2 tablets No-shpy or Drotaverina, or another antispasmodic. As a rule, during 1-2 days the condition is normalized.

What to do with diarrhea and stomach pain?

Pain in the stomach and loose stools may be signs:

  • poisoning;
  • Overeating;
  • gastritis;
  • stomach ulcer.

In this condition, treatment is best done according to the symptoms:

  • pain in the stomach - No-shpa 1-2 tab., Fosfalugel 1 sachet, Spazmalgon 1-2 tablets;
  • diarrhea - rice broth throughout the day, Imodium 1 capsule;
  • gastritis or ulcer - a special diet, sometimes - medical starvation under the supervision of a doctor, astringents and enveloping agents (bark of oak, St. John's Wort, Fosfalugel, Almagel, chamomile, blueberry, tanalbine, tablets "Vikalin", "Vicair", other preparations based on bismuth) .

With repeated abundant emptying of the intestine, which is accompanied by severe weakness, headache, high fever, or the appearance of blood in the stool, it is necessary to seek medical help.

What to do with severe diarrhea?

A strong multiple liquid stool, several times per hour, often speaks of a disease of an infectious genesis, for example, dysentery. With a mild course, this disease can be treated at home, of course, under the supervision of a doctor.

  • Etiotropic drugs - tetracycline (0.2 grams four times a day), levomycetin (0.5 grams four times a day), ampicillin (1 g four times a day) throughout the week.
  • Nitrofuran means - Furazolidonum, Furazolin 0.1 g four times a day for a week.
  • Sulfonamide drugs - Sulfadimezin, Biseptol, Sulfadimetoksin 1 tab. Up to 4 times a day.
  • Diet sparing type, the food is cooked only for a couple or boil, with the exception of spices, fiber (vegetable and fruit dishes), fresh bread (only in the form of biscuits), milk, butter. Allowed fresh soups, cereal side dishes, cottage cheese, soft-boiled eggs, herbal teas.

In severe diarrhea, hospitalization is possible in a hospital, where saline solutions, a polarizing mixture, antifoam preparations (countercranial, gordox), etc., are used for treatment.

What to do with diarrhea and bloating?

Diarrhea and bloating, especially recurring periodically, are often a sign of chronic enteritis or irritable bowel syndrome. An important role in such diseases is played by malnutrition, frequent stressful situations, in which the condition of patients is significantly aggravated. How can you help in this case?

  • Exclude from the supply of milk, vegetables, fruits, dark bread, sweets, fat.
  • Taking medications that inhibit the movement of stool in the intestinal cavity (Loperamide, Imodium 2-4 g 1-2 times a day).
  • Astringent medicines (calcium carbonate 1,5-3 g to 3 times a day, Fosfalugel 1 packet to 2 times a day, Smecta 1-2 packs up to 4 times a day).
  • Absorbent and defoaming agents, such as activated carbon, bismuth-based medications, Espumizan (40 mg three times a day).

From the alternative means, the following plants can be used:

  • fennel or fennel;
  • St. John's wort;
  • chamomile + mint;
  • White clay.

It is recommended to lightly massage the stomach, warm the warmer on the stomach.

If flatulence and diarrhea are associated with experiences and stressful situations, you can recommend sedatives:

  • motherwort;
  • valerian root;
  • sedative collection;
  • complex preparations Fitosed, Novopassit, etc.

What to do with diarrhea after antibiotics?

After a course of antibiotics, especially if the course is long, and the drugs used are potent, diarrhea caused by a violation of the intestinal microflora may occur. The fact is that antibiotics kill not only the pathogen we need, but also a useful flora that lives inside the body. Therefore, often after such treatment, the intestinal flora has to be restored.

  • To begin with, antibacterial agents are used to stop excess pathogenic bacterial growth in the small intestine. For this purpose, use Intetrix (1-2 capsules three times a day), Furazolidone (0.1 g three times a day), Enterol (1-2 bags twice a day). Usually, one of these drugs is prescribed, for about a week.
  • After the course described above, they begin to use probiotics - special bacterial medications that allow the colon to be inhabited by bacteria that are necessary for the body. These medicines include: Bifiform (1-2 k. Twice daily), Colibacterin, Bifidumbacterin, Lactobacterin (five doses up to 3 times a day immediately after meals, for a month). For complex effects, prebiotics can also be used, for example, Hilak-Forte, 50 drops three times a day.

In addition, it is recommended to use sour-milk products: fresh (necessary) kefir, cottage cheese, natural yoghurt, fermented milk,

What to do with diarrhea lasting 3 days?

If diarrhea does not go away today, tomorrow, or even on the third day, you should definitely go to the doctor in order to determine the cause of the disease. This is very important, since it allows you to start treatment immediately after identifying the cause, rather than acting chaotically and at random.

If the cause of a long-term disorder is food poisoning, or acute intestinal infection, then immediately run after antibiotics and other antimicrobial agents should not. An exception is suspicion of salmonellosis or cholera disease.

What should be done and in what order:

  • to review and amend the food (without this - in any way). The best diet should be close to the therapeutic dietary table number 4, and at first - even table number 4a. Ask what is included in this diet, and on the basis of recommendations make up your daily diet;
  • drink enough fluid, since with liquid stool the body loses a large amount of moisture and electrolytes. What is not suitable as a drink: alcohol, coffee, milk, soda, compotes of dried fruits and sour berries, fresh and packaged juice. What is recommended to drink: unsweetened tea, herbal tea (chamomile, mint, St. John's wort, sage, thyme, lemon balm), warm water, kissel. Low-fat broth is allowed, as well as special pharmacy solutions (Regidron, Oralit, etc.);
  • after the restoration of water-salt metabolism, you can take such drugs as Sorbex, Enterosgel, Polysorb, etc.

If the above mentioned means did not help, we proceed to the next chapter.

What to do with diarrhea for a week?

If the stool does not intend to stabilize even after a week, and the reasons for this condition are still unknown, we will try to determine the following stages of treatment.

  • It is still highly recommended to visit a doctor.
  • Take Loperamide (Imodium, Veroloperamide) from 2 to 4 mg 2 times a day.
  • Take astringents: calcium carbonate (3 g from 1 to 3 times a day), aluminum hydroxide (1 g 2 times a day), smecta (2 packs 4 times a day).
  • In the presence of abdominal pain, drugs blocking calcium channels: Spasmomania (0.04 g three times daily), Dicetel (0.05 g three times daily), and cholinolytic drugs Buskopan (0.01 g three times a day ).
  • Perhaps, antimicrobial agents will be needed, since diarrhea can still have an infectious and even viral nature.

The causative agent of the disease can be detected only by the laboratory method. It is not recommended to select antibacterial medicines experimentally: often this is simply not practical.

What to do with diarrhea lasting 2 weeks?

If diarrhea lasts more than one week, then the intestinal dysbacteriosis is almost guaranteed. At the same time, there may be a shortage of food-processing enzymes. With such a shortage and simultaneous presence of a permanent liquid stool, enzyme preparations that contain pancreatin are used. It can be such means as Creon, Mezim, Pancitrat, Lycressus. Basically, complex treatment can look like this:

  • for one week: the reception of Ersefuril (Metronidazole) + the reception of the enzyme agent + the reception of the antidiarrheal drug (for example, Loperamide);
  • during the second week: Hilak-Forte + Bifiform + enzyme agent + antidiarrheal drug;
  • during the third week: Hilak-Forte + Beefiform.

If the patient is in a depressed or depressed state, he is persecuted by constant stresses and experiences, it is recommended to consult a psychiatrist. These conditions can also negatively affect the functioning of the intestine. It is often necessary to use antidepressants - drugs that eliminate signs of depression, and also have a neuromodulatory and analgesic effect.

With significant vegetative disorders, the use of Eglonil (25 mg twice daily) is indicated.

What to do with diarrhea lasting 1 month?

According to numerous observations, prolonged upset of the stool can be a sign of chronic enterocolitis, or irritable bowel syndrome. In this case, significant relief of the condition can occur if you exclude from your diet some foods that can aggravate the symptoms of the disease. These products can be different for each person.

To determine the undesirable food in a particular case, it is necessary to take the following steps:

  • every day to record, after what foods or dishes the symptoms of diarrhea are worse;
  • Take note of these products and for 3-4 weeks, exclude them from the daily menu, without stopping to keep a food diary;
  • if suspicions about a particular product have been confirmed, it is necessary to exclude this food at all, or replace it with an equivalent product.

As a drug therapy, you can use a remedy for diarrhea like Loperamide. This drug helps stop the quickened loose stool, but if there are abdominal pains, then there is no point in counting on the effect of this medication. Accept Loperamide in the amount of 4 mg in the first dose and 2 mg for each following case of diarrhea.

Pain in the abdomen is removed by such means as No-shpa, Mebeverin g / x, Alverin. A good effect is the usual tea from the leaves of mint.

What to do with diarrhea every morning?

A liquid stool every morning can not actually be called diarrhea, since the urge to defecate is not rapid, sudden, but simply there are stools in the form of liquid feces. Most often this sign indicates the presence of a large amount of fiber in the diet. On the one hand, this is good, because the food does not stagnate in the digestive system and safely after digestion goes outside. However, in some people the digestive tract has a weak enzymatic activity, which does not allow to digest the gross food completely, which explains the appearance of liquid feces.

In this situation, you can recommend limiting the use of fruit and vegetables, which will significantly reduce the burden on the intestines. At the same time, both raw and processed fruits are limited. If you continue to ignore the diet, the disorder of the stool will become stubborn, without a persistent response to taking antidiarrheal drugs.

What are the main principles of dietary intake with a reduced amount of fiber?

The total fiber content of the dietary fiber should not be more than 3-5 grams per day. It means only rough fiber. We will not retell what foods contain fiber, but simply explain what foods can be eaten without fear of intestines:

  • boiled noodles, vermicelli;
  • first courses with pasta and rice;
  • in small quantities boiled carrots, potatoes, including mashed potatoes, fresh tomatoes without peel, spinach, packaged tomato juice;
  • tea, jelly, compote;
  • white crackers;
  • cottage cheese (no additives);
  • white meat (chicken, turkey), boiled;
  • sea fish.

After the normalization of the stool, forbidden foods can be gradually included in the menu, but it should be done no earlier than a few months, and then very carefully, watching your health.

What to do with diarrhea after alcohol?

Discomfort and loose stools after drinking are most often the result of alcohol intoxication, or, more simply, poisoning. In such cases, measures are taken that are usually applicable to food poisoning:

  • gastric lavage (possibly, the intestine);
  • reception adsorbent drugs (activated carbon at least 5 tablets of 0.5 g, you can use Polisorb or Sorbeks);
  • warm abundant drink, mainly herbal teas based on chamomile, St. John's wort, mint, etc., you can warm mineral water without gas.

Frequent intake of alcohol can contribute to the development of dysbiosis, which increases the processes of food fermentation and worsens the quality of the intestine to suck moisture out of the food masses. All factors together and can cause diarrhea after drinking alcohol.

However, this is not all the reasons for this state. Regular use of alcohol-containing beverages can cause such diseases as enterocolitis (inflammatory process in the small and large intestine), gastritis (inflammation of the gastric mucosa), pancreatitis (inflammatory reaction in the pancreas), stomach ulcer. All these diseases to some extent may be accompanied by the appearance of a loose stool and a disorder of intestinal function. There is even such a thing as "alcohol gastritis" - a disease that is accompanied by heartburn, stomach pains, unpleasant taste in the mouth, vomiting and diarrhea after drinking.

What can you advise in such situations? The answer suggests itself: to give up alcohol and do your own health, which in most cases can still be restored if you take the right step on time.

What to do with diarrhea after a beer?

Beer is an alcoholic drink, even if the label indicates that beer is nonalcoholic (a small percentage is still present). Poison beer can be exactly the same as any other liquor, and maybe even more often. After all, this beverage can contain various chemicals, dyes and so on. Moreover, beer can simply sour, and because of the presence of carbon dioxide, it's not so easy to notice right away.

The quantity of the drink is also taken into account. Agree that almost no one drinks beer in the volume of one glass. Four or five glasses are the usual standard dose for a fan of foam. And already in such quantity the organism can receive a sufficient portion of intoxication.

To the liquefaction of the stool can lead and the volume of the drink. Beer is a known diuretic, so the body loses moisture. And the organism can not return it to the blood from the feces, because the food contains alcohol. As a result - a violation of the balance of microflora, fermentation processes and - diarrhea.

What to do?

  • Stop drinking beer and alcohol (at least temporarily, until the body is completely restored and the intestinal disorder is stopped).
  • To consume a lot of liquid to cleanse the body of toxic substances.
  • To enhance the effect of taking adsorbents: the easiest way - activated charcoal.

For the time of recovery, go to lean food - let the body unload and rest.

What to do with diarrhea after chemotherapy?

Disorder of the intestine appears as a result of intoxication of the body with chemotherapy. Especially often diarrhea is observed when using antimetabolite agents, such as fluorouracil or methotrexate. Also, a loose stool is more often observed in patients who underwent radiotherapy sessions in the abdomen, pelvic and lumbar spine.

What should be the patient's actions in case of intestinal disturbance?

  • If the liquid stool is observed more than 7 times a day, accompanied by spasmodic pains and spotting, then for these patients mandatory hospitalization is indicated, with a drop compensation for fluid loss and a thorough examination of the digestive system.
  • If the patient defecates up to 3-4 times a day, and feces do not contain blood, and only a small amount of mucus, then you can be seen at home. In this case, irradiation sessions, as a rule, are canceled. It is recommended diet food with the use of light calorie food, with a high content of proteins and trace elements. It is necessary to drink up to 3 liters of liquid per day, and also to refuse milk and dairy products (except fresh cottage cheese). It is essential to regularly wash your hands, brush your teeth and mouth, take a shower - this will reduce the intake of bacteria and viruses inside the body.

What to do with diarrhea with menstruation?

During menstruation, some women experience diarrhea, although it would seem that there were no prerequisites for this: why is this happening? In this short period (3-4 days) in the blood, the content of prostaglandins - biologically active substances, derivatives of polyunsaturated fatty acids - increases. This increase leads to stimulation of the smooth muscle tone of the intestine. As a result - a quick chair.

How to help with diarrhea during menstruation? In principle, this condition is not a disease, so at the end of the period, or even earlier, the chair will normalize on its own. However, some useful tips do not interfere:

  • do not rush to take medications for diarrhea - sometimes this action only aggravates the problem;
  • temporarily refuse to eat products with a laxative effect - it's dried fruits, raw fruits and vegetables, sour-milk products;
  • add in the menu fixing products (garnishes on the water, especially rice), jelly, jelly, black tea, white rusks, dishes from cottage cheese, vegetable soups;
  • do not overeat;
  • drink enough water without gas;
  • do not forget about herbal teas (from oak bark, St. John's wort, yarrow, chamomile).

If diarrhea is accompanied by pain, including menstrual, you can drink 1-2 tablets No-shpy.

What should I do with diarrhea?

There are a few simple rules that should be followed for the time of diarrhea. This will help bring about a recovery and ease the condition:

  • it is necessary to replenish the loss of fluid and drink plenty of pure water or tea;
  • it is important to revise the diet, because if the food is the same, then diarrhea can be prolonged for a long time;
  • remember, then you have a frustration. Perhaps, this was preceded by a plentiful feast, or you ate stale food (so as not to be lost), and may be worried or overworked physically. All this is important in establishing the cause of this condition;
  • there is no need for urgent use of antibiotics. For example, if diarrhea is caused by a dysbacteriosis, then antibiotics can not not improve, but even worsen the situation;
  • if you notice any suspicious symptoms, such as bloody discharge, fever, cutting pains, severe weakness and dizziness - do not hesitate, contact your doctor.

What if the diarrhea does not go away?

If the disorder of the stool is prolonged, then the advice to go to the doctor becomes an urgent recommendation. Despite the general belief that diarrhea will sooner or later pass by itself, this symptom may be the result of many diseases, and not just poisoning or infectious diseases. Only a doctor can adequately distinguish a cause that can cause intestinal frustration. Based on this reason, and competent therapy is prescribed.

If the infection is suspected, the doctor usually prescribes antibacterial drugs, mainly oral administration. If there is vomiting, then the tablets should be better replaced by injections or by drip administration of drugs.

If the doctor suspects a surgical disease (for example, sometimes acute diarrhea is a sign of appendicitis or pancreatitis), then surveillance or urgent surgical intervention can be prescribed.

Just on the basis of the above factors, medications for intestinal disorders are not recommended to choose independently. In particular, this applies to children, as well as difficult situations, when complications are added to diarrhea. Deterioration of well-being may further complicate the doctor's definition of the underlying, primary disease.

What to do with persistent diarrhea?

And finally, let's talk about alternative methods of treating diarrhea, which can help if you can not go to the pharmacy. Many alternative drugs are not inferior in the effectiveness of pharmacy products, but the side effects are less.

  • Take half a teaspoon of dry black tea, chew it for a minute, then drink warm boiled water. Reception can be repeated in a few minutes. As a rule, 2-3 sets of such chewing can stop the urge to defecate.
  • One-two tablespoons of rice pour in 500 ml of water, boil until boiled. Cool and drink as much as you want throughout the day. When cooking, you can not add salt, sugar, spices, or even milk or butter.
  • Good help is a broth or tincture of alder kidney. To make the broth, take 40 g of kidneys with 400 ml of water, bring to a boil and remove from heat. After half an hour, filter and drink 2 tablespoons three times a day.
  • Excellent reviews of tincture from walnut partitions. Take 100 g of nuts, remove from them the septum (between the cores), send to a container with 250 ml of alcohol. Tincture should be kept for three days in a dark place. After that, you can take the medicine in an amount of 10 drops per 100 ml of water. After eliminating constipation, stop taking the product so that diarrhea does not turn into constipation.
  • There is also the simplest means: take 1 teaspoon of potato starch, dissolve in water (100-150 ml) and drink in one sitting.
  • Take 1 tbsp. L. Garnet peel, brew in a glass of boiling water. Half an hour later, drink at a time. In a few hours you can repeat.
  • A good remedy for intestinal disorders is the fruit of bird cherry. Usually they are stored ahead of time, since this medicine is not available all year round. Fruits can be poured with boiling water (for 1 tablespoon - 250 ml of water), insist half an hour, filter and drink 50 ml to 3 times a day. You can combine this tea with a tincture of propolis on alcohol: in this case, the remedy is used half an hour before a meal.

What to do with diarrhea is an urgent problem for many, many years, even despite the fact that medicine does not stand still, and our pharmaceutical industry produces more and more new drugs. However, do not rush to run to the pharmacy, but first you will understand the reasons for the intestinal disorder. Otherwise, treatment may be unsuccessful.
