Dosing and administration

Overdose

With prolonged use of Capsiol, absorption of its active ingredients into the systemic bloodstream is possible. Some side effects characteristic of salicylic acid poisoning may appear: dizziness, vomiting, tinnitus, respiratory disorders, nausea and abdominal pain.

If such violations occur, you should immediately seek medical help.

Interactions with other drugs

After local use of a drug containing salicylic acid, you should not take medications containing aspirin or other substances from the NSAID group.

It is prohibited to combine the drug with local retinoids and benzoyl peroxide.

Salicylic acid quite often increases the permeability of the epidermis in relation to various medicinal preparations.

In addition, there is a potentiation of the negative properties of methotrexate, the antidiabetic effect of hypoglycemic drugs for oral administration, and also sulfonylurea derivatives.
