Kanderm-bg is a corticosteroid used to treat dermatological disorders.

Indications of the kanderma-bg

It is used to eliminate pathologies affecting the skin - such as dermatoses and dermatomycoses (for example, trichophytosis, candidiasis, epidermophytosis, microspores and varicose form lichen).

In addition, the medication is used to treat various types of eczema, complicated by infection, and at the same time infectious processes on the skin, against which a pronounced inflammation develops.

Pharmacodynamics

Combined drug for external treatment has a wide range of therapeutic activity: it has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-mycotic properties. The latter effect is due to the action of the element clotrimazole - it destroys the structure of the cell walls of fungi, resulting in cell lysis.

Clotrimazole has an antimicrobial effect on the activity of Gram-positive, as well as individual gram-negative microbes, and in addition to anti-trichomoniasis and antiprotozoal effect.

Gentamicin sulfate has an antibacterial effect on the action of Gram-positive, as well as many-gram-negative microorganisms.

Beclomethasone dipropionate is an artificial SCS with local anti-inflammatory properties.

Pharmacokinetics

After external treatment with cream, only a small part of the medicine penetrates into the circulation system. The highest concentration of drugs is found inside the epidermis. A smaller amount of medication is found inside the subcutaneous layer and the dermis.

Dosing and administration

The cream is used for external treatment of the skin. It is applied to the affected areas with a thin layer and gently rubbed into the skin. The procedure is carried out twice a day.

The duration of the course of therapy is selected individually, taking into account the severity of the pathology and location of skin lesions.

When eliminating lesions of fungal origin, it is recommended to use the drug for another 14 days after the disappearance of the symptoms of the disease.

Use of the kanderma-bg during pregnancy
