One of the methods of using plant materials in the preparation of medicines is infusions. Most often they use soft parts of plants, flowers, leaves, stalks. This method allows you to take from the grass all the useful substances needed for the body. Infusions cook in a cold and hot way. In the first case, a cold liquid or water at room temperature is used, and in the second case, boiling water is hot.
Let's consider effective recipes of infusions from diarrhea:
- Grind to a powdered state a teaspoon of nutmeg. Add the resulting raw material in 100 ml of warm milk. Let it brew for 5-10 minutes. Take ½ cup 2 times a day.
- Take in equal proportions dry leaves of bird cherry and cranberries, chop. Pour a tablespoon of vegetable raw materials 250 ml of boiling water. The medicine should be infused for 2-3 hours. It is drunk for ½ cup 2-3 times a day.

To eliminate the bowel disorder, various decoctions can be used. The most commonly used recipes for diarrhea are :
- Pour a couple of cinnamon sticks with 500 ml of water and put on a slow fire. The medicine should boil 1.5-2 times. After cooling, strain and take ½ cup. If desired, you can add a teaspoon of honey and a slice of fresh lemon into the broth.
- Spoon a tablespoon of chamomile with warm water and put on a water bath for 20-30 minutes. After the broth cools down, strain and drink as a tea 2-3 times a day.
- A teaspoon with a slide of fenugreek seeds, pour 2 cups of boiling water and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Strain and take 1 glass 2 times a day. Fenugreek has an anti-inflammatory effect and destroys pathogens that cause diarrhea.
- A tablespoon of herb wormwood grass fill with 250 ml of water and test in a water bath over a slow fire for 30 minutes, strain. Eat 1/3 cup 3 times a day. To improve the taste of the medicine, you can add a spoonful of honey to it.
- Pour 2 teaspoons of herb herd casserole with water and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes. After cooling, strain and take 100 ml 3 times a day. Treatment with pomegranate is strictly contraindicated while taking antihistamines and other medications at the same time. Broth bird cherry against diarrhea

The plant contains pectin, which is an analogue of cellulose. This substance stimulates the intestinal motility and affects the smooth muscles of the organ. Has a restorative and bactericidal effect.

Alternative recipes based on bird cherry are contraindicated during pregnancy. Particular attention should be given to dosage, as the plant includes hydrocyanic acid, which is toxic to humans.
Broth of the bark of oak against diarrhea
An effective alternative medicine used in the treatment of many diseases is a decoction of the oak bark. Its therapeutic effect is the increased content of tannins, flavonoids, proteins, starch and other microelements. Such a composition has antibacterial and astringent effect, prevents the development of pathogens.
The following methods are used for treatment:
- A tablespoon oak bark pour 200 ml of boiling water and put on a weak fire for 30 minutes. The medicine must be infused for 1 hour. After cooling, the drink is filtered and consumed 50 ml 3-4 times a day.

Decoction of chamomile from diarrhea
