Incena has a general therapeutic effect that develops due to the activity of its active elements. It has anti-inflammatory, desensitizing, and also reparative, immunomodulatory and analgesic effects.

The drug inhibits the binding of inflammatory conductors and prevents the accumulation of macrophages with leukocytes inside the inflamed area. Strengthening the capillary strength prevents the appearance of puffiness and reduces the intensity of inflammation. Together with this, there is a decrease in platelet aggregation, due to which rheological blood characteristics are improved. [1]

Belladonna (its active component is atropine) demonstrates analgesic and antispasmodic effects, improves cardiac function, dilates the bronchi with pupils and increases the level of IOP. [3]

Blackening lumbago has a bactericidal, diuretic, analgesic and sedative effect.

Apitoxin changes vascular permeability and blood circulation rate, reduces cholesterol values, as well as blood clotting and its viscosity; in addition, the secretion of total nitrogen and the level of hemoglobin increase. The substance demonstrates anti-inflammatory activity.

Snake venom - the neurotropic element of the poison has analgesic properties, and enzymes that have a hyaluronidase effect increase the rate of tissue healing.

Dosing and administration
