Incena has a general therapeutic effect, which develops due to the activity of its active elements. It has an anti-inflammatory, desensitizing, and also reparative, immunomodulatory and analgesic effect.

The drug inhibits the binding of inflammatory conductors and prevents the accumulation of macrophages with leukocytes within the inflamed area. Strengthening capillary strength prevents the occurrence of edema and reduces the intensity of inflammation. At the same time, there is a decrease in platelet aggregation, due to which rheological blood characteristics improve. [ 1 ]

Indications Inzena

It is used for inflammations affecting the musculoskeletal system, during which degenerative changes are observed, as well as pain (including polyarthritis with arthritis, osteochondrosis, arthrosis with osteoarthritis, as well as injuries accompanied by suppuration).

Prescribed for collagenoses (rheumatoid arthritis or SLE), dermatomyositis, glomerulonephritis and rheumatism.

Release form

The medicinal substance is released in the form of drops for oral use - inside 20 or 50 ml vials equipped with a dropper. There is 1 such vial inside the pack.

Pharmacodynamics

The medicine increases the rate of pus removal and wound area cleansing, and at the same time stimulates tissue healing. In people with rheumatoid arthritis (accompanied by strong degenerative changes), the use of the drug leads to rapid elimination of pain and inflammatory symptoms (joint swelling), improved ability to work and general condition, reduced joint stiffness in the morning, and, in many cases, to the refusal to use artificial NSAIDs. The drug does not have the effect inherent in mineralocorticoid substances.

Capsicum helps to expand microvessels by increasing their permeability, and in addition, it contracts smooth muscles. [ 2 ]

Belladonna (its active component is atropine) exhibits analgesic and antispasmodic effects, improves cardiac function, dilates the bronchi with pupils and increases the level of intraocular pressure. [ 3 ]

Pulsatilla nigricans has a bactericidal, diuretic, analgesic and sedative effect.

Apitoxin changes vascular permeability and blood circulation rate, reduces cholesterol values, as well as blood coagulability and its viscosity; in addition, the secretion of total nitrogen and the level of hemoglobin increases. The substance demonstrates anti-inflammatory activity.

Snake venom - the neurotropic element of the venom has analgesic properties, and enzymes that have a hyaluronidase effect increase the rate of tissue healing.

Dosing and administration

The drops should be used undiluted or diluted in plain water (10-15 ml). For a child, the liquid must be diluted. The dilution procedure is performed immediately before taking the medicine. It is necessary to hold the drops in the mouth for some time before swallowing them. The intake should be carried out separately from food.

A teenager and an adult are prescribed 10 drops for a single use; a child aged 5-12 years - 5-7 drops; a child aged 1-5 years - 1-4 drops. A single dose is taken 3 times a day; in the case of an acute stage of the disease, the frequency of use is increased to 8 doses (this scheme is maintained for a period of 3 days, and then they return to the standard regimen). The therapy lasts for a period of 2-3 months.

Storage conditions

Incena can be stored at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.

Shelf life

Incena can be used within a 5-year period from the date of manufacture of the drug.

Analogues

The analogs of the drug are the substances Nizalid, Reumatin, Alflutop with Nimid forte, Hondrasil and Zinaksin with Artrikur, and also Traumalek, Revma with Artron triactive forte, Piaskledin with Doppelherz active revmagut, as well as Traumeel, Osteoartisi, Revmafit, etc.

Reviews

Incena receives quite mixed reviews, sometimes even the opposite. There are patients who point to the high medicinal effectiveness of the drug (reduction of morning stiffness and joint pain, as well as increased speed of wound regeneration), but there are also people who have not noticed any positive changes. Taking into account such reviews, we can conclude that the drug does not always have an effect, so before using it, it is recommended to consult a qualified physician.
