Pharmacodynamics

Due to the general bacteriostatic effect, the number of propionibacteria is reduced. At the same time, regardless of the number of these substances, the process of protein synthesis inside the bacteria is reduced. This allows achieving the following effect:

  • the formation of propionibacteria exoenzymes is reduced - lipase, which is the cause of the formation of non-esterified fatty acids, and also hyaluronidase, which increases the volume of protease passing through the follicular epithelium of acne, and at the same time affects the work and structure of cells that form creatine;
  • reduces the volume of chemotaxis formation (active substance of propionibacteria) during the passage of lymphocytes with granulocytes into the follicles.
