Hospidermin is a disinfectant. Included in the group of antiseptics.

Indications Hospidermina
It is used for the treatment of hands and epidermis, as well as disinfection of the operating area on the body. In addition, the solution is used for the treatment of stitches made after the operation and disinfection of the epidermis during invasive treatment or diagnosis procedures.
Release form
The release of the substance is realized in the form of a solution for external treatment in vials with a capacity of 0.25 l, equipped with a spray bottle, or vials with a volume of 1 l.
Pharmacodynamics
Hospidermin has fungicidal and bactericidal properties, shows activity relative to mycobacteria, and also inactivates viruses, including type B hepatitis and HIV. Reduces the number of temporary dermal microflora in 100 thousand times in half a minute.
The drug demonstrates high efficiency against permanent skin microflora, thereby providing high-quality surgical disinfection of the epidermis. The drug does not lose its properties in the presence of blood and serum with protein.
Dosing and administration
The drug is applied to the epidermis undiluted. It is used for the surgical disinfection of the hands of medical professionals. Helps in the elimination of acquired (transient) pathogenic microflora, as well as the usual epidermal microbes (permanent flora).
Before using the drug, you must wash your hands and then dry them with a regular disposable cloth. Then for 4 minutes, rub the drug in small portions into the dry skin on the hands with the forearms (you need to use at least 10 ml of the substance). The skin should remain hydrated throughout the entire treatment period.
Disinfecting treatment of the epidermis of the patient occurs in this way - the surface to be treated is completely wetted with medicine, and then dried. Exposure should be at least 15 seconds. For the epidermis saturated with sebaceous glands - at least 10 minutes.

Use Hospidermina during pregnancy
It is forbidden to prescribe the drug during lactation or pregnancy.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated to prescribe the drug for intolerance against its constituent elements.

Storage conditions

Application for children
Hospidermin is not used in pediatrics.
