Pharmacodynamics

Atropine (which is a belladonna alkaloid with a high level of activity) has an analgesic and spasmolytic effect, which is why it is often used in the treatment of diseases affecting the gastrointestinal tract, against which there are muscle spasms: spastic colitis, ulcers, colic in the stomach or intestines, and also pylorospasm. As often because of spasms there is a pain, together with their elimination atropine removes and painful sensations. Component ichthyol has anti-inflammatory, keratoplastic, disinfecting and local analgesic properties. A high level of sulfur within the component provides an antimicrobial effect. Dosing and administration

You need to inject the medicine rectally, according to the first suppository three times a day (it is recommended to do this after defecation or cleansing enema).
