Pharmacokinetics

Hyaluronan effectively participates in metabolic processes, is rapidly destroyed inside the liver, and is also rapidly excreted from the circulatory system. Metabolic components are mainly excreted in the urine.

Approximately 42% of the administered portion is noted inside the liver after 24 hours from the moment of injection. The medication is registered within 2 hours inside the synovium, and within 6 hours - inside the cartilage of the joint. Cartilage is the most common site for hyaluronan localization. Dosing and administration
