Dosing and administration
Gabantine 300 is used regardless of food. Treatment begins with a dose of 300 mg, gradually increasing the daily dose to an effective dose of 900-1800 mg, dividing it into three doses.
Children aged 8-12 years. Treatment begins with a dose of 10-15 mg / kg / day. The effective dose is 25-30 mg / kg / day (in 3 divided doses).
Use Gabantine 300 during pregnancy
During pregnancy and breast-feeding can not be used - it penetrates through the placenta and into the milk.
Contraindications
Gabantin 300 is contraindicated in cases of sensitivity to gabapentin, during pregnancy, lactation and in children under 8 years of age.
