Indications Erbisol extra

The medicine is used in different medical branches:

• cardiology: it is indicated for the elimination of myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, IHD, diffuse or postinfarction cardiosclerosis, as well as for myocardial infarction and for lowering the level of blood pressure;
• neurology: for the treatment of neurological disorders (due to disturbance of cerebral circulation processes), atherosclerosis of the cerebrospinal vessels, and in addition to polyneuritis of various origin, demyelinating forms of polyneuropathies, tremor paralysis and stroke;
• gastroenterology: treatment of cirrhosis of the liver, pancreatitis, hepatosis and hepatitis, and also ulcers or erosions on the mucosa of the duodenum / stomach and the nonspecific form of ulcerative colitis;
• therapeutic diseases: treatment of chronic stages of bronchitis, and in addition angiopathy, pulmonary inflammation, metabolic type of dystrophy, and in addition rheumatism, chronic stage of kidney failure, systemic vasculitis and gout with arthritis; also in the treatment of diffuse-shaped pathologies of connective tissues, and with it for the complex treatment of people exposed to radiation;
• endocrinology: for diabetes mellitus, Hirata disease, and thyroiditis.

In addition, Extra Erbisol is used to treat wounds of various origins (also received after trauma or surgery) and bone fractures, and at the same time to eliminate periodontitis and periodontosis, aortic diseases (provoked by atherosclerosis) and allergies with varying degrees of severity.

The medicine is also used in gerontology - in the treatment of age-related functional disorders in various organs: the NS and the immune system, the liver and blood vessels with the heart.

Release form

It is released as a parenteral solution, contained in ampoules of 1 or 2 ml. One package contains 10 ampoules with a solution.

Pharmacodynamics

The medicine contains peptides of low molecular weight, which can have an effective effect on some parts of the immune system. This allows the drug to increase the activity of NK cells along with T-killers, enhance the production of interferons with leukotrienes (2, as well as 12) and tumor necrosis factors, and in addition regulates the humoral together with cellular immunity. The drug slows the binding of interleukin 10 and suppresses the process of lipid peroxidation. Together with this, it also has a powerful membrane-stabilizing effect.

In the process of using drugs, the regenerative properties of tissues are enhanced, and at the same time activation of internal mechanisms of getting rid of injured and already incapable of regenerating cells (in addition, from malignant, mutated, affected by the virus). Such an effect in combination with powerful antioxidant properties makes it possible to use a medicine to eliminate a variety of pathologies - liver, blood vessels with the heart, GIT, and besides cancer, injuries and infections of various locations (especially the viral type).

The active substances of drugs do not have terato-, carcero- and mutagenic, as well as embryotoxic effects.

Dosing and administration

The drug must be administered parenterally. Admissible also in / m introduction - in the region of the outer upper quadrant of the buttock muscle. Occasionally (for treatment of obliterating vascular pathologies) it is introduced in / in the way.

Individual schemes of drug use:

In neurology, he should be injected twice a day in 2 ml (for 3 days), and then, keeping the morning dosage, increase the evening dosage to 4 ml. After 13-23 days from the beginning of the course, it is necessary to switch to the / m introduction of 2 ml of medication 2 times a day (for 7-15 days).

If the patient has suffered a stroke, you need to adjust the dosage - start using the drug should be done with the morning IM injection 2 ml (7-10 days after the stroke). The treatment course lasts 20-30 days.

With obliterating vascular pathologies, iv administration of 4 ml per day is required (with preliminary dilution of the drug in a 0.9% solution of sodium chloride (250 ml)). The duration of the infusion is 1-2 hours. After completing this course, you need to switch to maintenance treatment - 2 ml twice a day (IM). The duration of the treatment course is 10-15 days.

At a diabetes it is required to track glucose indicators (the beginning - from 3-rd day of application of a medicine).

At the raised level of a BP it is necessary to appoint 2 ml of a medicine in / m once for a day (since morning), and at a serious degree of disease - on 2 ml LS in / m in the morning every 48 hours.

If used in pediatric practice - for children 10+ years of age, dosages should be used, which is 50% of the adult size.

Use Erbisol extra during pregnancy

Although the medicine does not have mutagenic, teratogenic and embryotoxic properties, it can only be used with lactation or pregnancy only under the supervision of the treating doctor.

Contraindications

Among the contraindications:

• the patient has intolerance to the components of the drug;
• children age less than 10 years.

Caution should be observed when prescribing drugs for children and adolescents 10+ years.

As a result of using the medicine, these side effects are possible:

• Hyperthermia and increased blood pressure were observed singly;
• During the use of drugs, the patient may develop an allergy;

Overdose

Due to drug overdose, there may be a brief sensation of increased excitability.

To eliminate this symptom, no specific treatment is required.

Interactions with other drugs

The combination of Extra Erbisol with antiviral and antimicrobial drugs enhances the properties of the latter.

To obtain the maximum immunomodulatory effect, the drug should not be used concurrently with other immunomodulating drugs that stimulate humoral immunity.

Particular care should be taken to combine the drug with the drugs that act on the body directly through the receptors (among them biostimulants, as well as hormonal drugs). In cases when simultaneous application is impossible to avoid, it is required to monitor the patient's condition and, if necessary, adjust the dosage of the above-mentioned funds.
