Release form

The product is produced in the form of a cream, in tubes of 35 g. There is 1 such tube in a pack.

Pharmacodynamics

Sodium diclofenac, a derivative of benzeneacetic acid, is an NSAID with a powerful analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect, which is due to the inhibition of the binding processes of PG - conductors of inflammation and pain. It also slows down platelet aggregation.

Sodium heparin is a component that has an antithrombotic and anticoagulant effect, and also weakens inflammatory processes. Heparin has anti-edematous properties, and at the same time helps heal connective tissues. Anticoagulant activity is manifested due to the direct effect on the blood coagulation system (by forming a complex with the element antithrombin III).

Dosing and administration

The cream is used externally only - it is applied in a thin layer to the affected area (2-3 g of the substance is required - the length of the cream strip is about 5 cm), lightly rubbing. The procedure should be performed no more than 3 times a day.

When treating venous pathologies, massage is not necessary; it is only allowed to apply an occlusive dressing to the area that was treated with cream.

The duration of the course is determined by the effectiveness of the treatment and the course of the disease. After 14 days from the start of therapy, it is necessary to re-evaluate the medicinal effect of the cream.
