Pharmacodynamics

Diclofenac sodium, which is a derivative of benzeneacetic acid, is an NSAID with powerful analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects, which is caused by inhibition of the binding of PG-inflammatory conduits and pain sensations. It also slows platelet aggregation.

Heparin sodium is a component that has an antithrombotic and anticoagulant effect, and also reduces inflammatory processes. Heparin has anti-edematous properties, and along with it helps the healing of connective tissues. Anticoagulant activity manifests itself in connection with a direct effect on the system of blood rotations (using the formation of a complex with an element of antithrombin III).
