Derinat belongs to the category of immunomodulators and cytokines.
Indications of the derinata
It is used in such cases:
- radiation damage;
- disorder of hemopoiesis processes;
- the presence of myelodepression and resistance to cytostatics (developed as a result of performing radiation or cytostatic treatments) in people with oncological pathology. Helps to stabilize hemopoiesis, as well as to lower the myelo- and cardiotoxicity of chemotherapy drugs;
- with stomatitis caused by the use of cytostatic treatment;
- gastroduodenitis erosive type, as well as an ulcer in the area of the duodenum or stomach;
- IHD;
- vascular pathology of the obliterating type in the leg region, as well as ischemic leg disease of the chronic type (stage 2-3);
- long time not healing ulcers trophic type;
- complications of purulent-septic character and odontogenic form of sepsis;
- rheumatoid arthritis;
- burn disease;
- in surgery - periods before or after surgery;
- endometritis or prostatitis;
- myco-or ureoplasmosis, as well as chlamydia;
- pulmonary pathologies of the obstructive type in chronic form;
- pulmonary tuberculosis.
Release form
Release in the form of a solution for the preparation of injections, in flacons with a volume of 5 ml. Inside the package there are 5 such bottles.
Pharmacodynamics
The drug helps to activate the immune response (humoral, as well as cellular). Immunomodulating properties are provided by stimulation of activity of B-lymphocytes, and also T-helpers.
Derinat promotes the development of nonspecific resistance of the body, optimizing the processes of the inflammatory response, and at the same time, immune manifestations with respect to antigens of viral, bacterial, and in addition fungal type. Activates the healing and repair processes, increases the body's resistance to infections, and in addition regulates the process of hemopoiesis (it helps to normalize the number of phagocytes with leukocytes, and with it platelets with granulocytes).
The pronounced lymphotropism of the drug helps him to intensify the drainage-detoxification effect of lymph. Derinat significantly weakens the cellular sensitivity in relation to the negative effects of radiotherapy procedures, as well as chemotherapeutic drugs. The medicine has no carcinogenic or teratogenic properties.
Pharmacokinetics
Active ingredient Derinata is quickly absorbed, and then distributed inside tissues and organs (with the participation of the internal lymphatic transport pathway). The medicine has strong tropism in relation to the organs of the blood flow, it actively participates in cellular exchange processes, integrating into the structures of individual cells. At the stage of intensive supply of substance into the blood, redistribution occurs between the blood components and plasma, and metabolic processes and excretion take place in parallel.
The introduction of a one-time injection affects the parameters of all pharmacokinetic parameters that describe the change in the level of drugs within the studied tissues with organs, as follows - a rapid stage of increase, and then a rapid stage of decrease in the indices of the substance in the interval of 5-24 hours. The half-life after the injection is 72.3 hours.
The medicine is quickly exposed to the distribution within the body, and in everyday use, it is stored inside organs with tissues. The maximum values are observed inside the thymus with the spleen, as well as the lymph nodes and bone marrow. Lower values are noted inside the brain, liver, thick and small intestine, and besides the stomach. The peak level of drugs inside the bone marrow is observed 5 hours after the injection. The active component passes through the BBB. Peak values within the brain drug reaches after half an hour.
The substance is metabolized. Excretion (in the form of decomposition products) is partially carried out with feces, and, in larger quantities, with urine.
Dosing and administration
The adult dosage makes an injection of 5 ml (75 mg) of a 1.5% solution in / m for 1-2 minutes. Procedures should be carried out with an interval of 24-72 hours.
For the treatment of ischemic heart disease - perform 10 injections at intervals of 48-72 hours between them.
To eliminate ulcerative pathologies in the intestine or stomach - 5 injections with an interval of 48 hours.
When eliminating oncological pathologies - 3-10 injection procedures with an interval between them in 24-72 hours.
For the treatment of gynecological (such as endometriosis, myoma, adnexitis) or andrological (such as prostatitis) diseases - perform 10 procedures of administration at intervals of 24-48 hours.
Therapy for pulmonary tuberculosis - 10-15 injections with intervals between them in 24-48 hours.
For inflammations of a chronic type - do 5 / m injections with an interval of 24 hours, and then 5 more injections, but with an interval of 72 hours.
Scheme of therapy for children is similar to adult regimen. Children under the age of 2 years should be injected a single dose of drugs at a rate of 7.5 mg (or 0.5 ml of a 1.5% solution).
Single dosages for children 2-10 years are calculated in the proportion of 0.5 ml for each year of their life. For children older than 10 years, the size of a single dose is 5 ml of a 1.5% solution, and the entire course consists of 5 injections of the drug.

Use of the derinata during pregnancy
Derinat can not be given to pregnant or lactating women.
Contraindications
Contraindications are individual hypersensitivity to the elements of drugs.
Side effects of the derinata
Due to rapid injection of the / m method, moderate pain occurs at the site of administration, which does not require special treatment.
There are also data that sometimes after a / m injections (after 1.5-3 hours) a short increase in temperature develops (on average, to a level of 38 ° C). Eliminate this disorder by using symptomatic drugs (diphenhydramine or analgin).
People with diabetes mellitus have a hypoglycemic effect, so they need to constantly monitor glucose.
Interactions with other drugs
Complex use with Derinat helps to increase the efficiency and reduce the duration of therapy in combination with a significant reduction in doses of antiviral drugs, as well as antibiotics.
The drug potentiates the action of antibiotics of the antitumor type (from the group of anthracyclines), and besides cytostatics.
The drug enhances the drug efficacy of the basic therapy used to eliminate ulcers in the area of the duodenum, as well as the stomach. The drug weakens the iatrogenicity of the basic drugs in the process of eliminating the rheumatoid arthritis and the subsequent improvement (values of 50%, and also 70%) of many complex values of pathological activity.
During the sepsis of a surgical nature, injection of the solution (as a complex substance) helps to reduce the level of poisoning, activate the immune system, improve the functioning of the organs (helping the detoxification processes inside the body), and also normalize the hematopoietic process.
Shelf life
Derinat is allowed to be used in the period of 5 years from the date of release of the drug solution.
