Chlorophyllipt-VIALAIN inhibits the reproduction processes of pathogenic microbes and also leads to the death of sensitive bacteria.
Indications Chlorophyllipta-VIALINE.
The tablet form is used in the treatment of diseases affecting the upper respiratory tract (for example, laryngitis or tonsillitis/pharyngitis), or as a medicine for stomatitis (ulcerative or aphthous).
A 0.25% solution is administered for septic infections of staphylococcal etiology (after surgical procedures, childbirth, and also post-infectious lesions), and for complications of staphylococcal genesis that are purulent-inflammatory or postoperative in nature, including:
- staphylococcal endocarditis in people who have previously undergone heart surgery;
- burn disease;
- pulmonary inflammation;
- peritonitis with osteomyelitis and pleurisy;
- sepsis resulting from abortion;
- endometritis myometritis;
- acute or subacute forms of gynecological diseases of an inflammatory type that are not related to abortion or childbirth;
- pyelonephritis, which occurs in a purulent-destructive form, and at the same time pyelonephritis, in which a complication in the form of sepsis is observed (as part of combination therapy).
The drug can be administered parenterally in certain diseases caused by the activity of non-staphylococcal pathogens that are resistant to antibiotics. For example, the drug is used in the treatment of tuberculosis of various localizations, as well as erysipelas and listeriosis.
A 1% alcohol preparation is prescribed to get rid of diseases of staphylococcal etiology that have a pronounced infectious and inflammatory form (this list includes pathologies whose appearance was provoked by pathogenic strains resistant to certain antibiotics).
The medication can be used to speed up the regeneration processes in chronic wounds and trophic ulcers. It is also prescribed for ESM or burn disease. Along with this, it is prescribed to prevent the occurrence of various complications at the postoperative stage and for intestinal sanitation in people infected with pathogenic staphylococcus.
Oil Chlorophyllipt-VIALINE is used when performing enemas - it is used to lubricate the tip of a special spray bottle.
Among the disorders for which drugs are prescribed to treat are:
- poorly healing wound lesions;
- ulcers in the limbs that have a trophic form;
- sphincteritis with hemorrhoids;
- ulcerative colitis;
- erosive proctitis;
- burns affecting the eyes, which damage the cornea;
- gastric ulcer;
- boils or carbuncles that appear around the nose and lips;
- ENT diseases of a purulent-inflammatory nature (pathologies such as ethmoiditis with sinusitis);
- dental diseases;
- cracks that appear on the nipples during lactation.
The oily substance is prescribed to eliminate ESM, vaginal ruptures and fistulas in the rectovaginal area.
The spray can be used to treat burns, acute respiratory viral infections, tonsillitis and trophic ulcers (all diseases are caused by the action of staphylococcal strains that are resistant to certain antibiotics).
Release form
The drug is released in tablets with a volume of 12.5 mg, in a box of 20 pieces. Also tablets with a volume of 25 mg, in boxes of 20 or 40 pieces.
An alcohol 0.25% solution (injections) is produced in 2 ml ampoules, 10 pieces inside a separate pack. A 1% solution (oral or applied topically) in 25, 50 or 100 ml bottles, 1 inside a box; also in 0.1 l glass jars, 1 inside a package.
2% oil solution in separate 20 ml bottles, 1 inside the box.
Spray for local treatment - in 15 ml cans, 1 inside the pack.
Pharmacodynamics
Chlorophyllipt-VIALINE contains a complex mixture obtained from the leaves of the cylindrical eucalyptus and chlorophylls. It has, among other things, etiotropic and antimicrobial properties against staphylococci (this includes both sensitive and resistant microbial strains with respect to the action of antibiotics).
It can eliminate the plasmid ecosystem of various bacteria-pathogens that carry antibiotic-resistant genes. It increases oxygen levels inside tissues and has a powerful detoxifying effect.
The above factors allow the use of the drug when the internal immunity is weakened, to get rid of tissue hypoxia and to increase the medicinal effectiveness of antimicrobial drugs used with it.
During experimental tests of the drug, its tropism in relation to lung tissue was discovered, and along with this, the absence of teratogenic, embryotoxic, carcinogenic and mutagenic properties.
The medicine acquires a bactericidal effect after a single intravenous administration of 8 ml of a 0.25% substance. To form a bacteriostatic effect, a half-sized portion is required. The medicine retains its medicinal value (with intravenous administration) within 6 hours (this is an average indicator), which is why it is recommended to administer it 4 times a day.
Dosing and administration
Use of tablet form of the drug.
The size of the dosage portions (12.5 and 25 mg of the drug) is determined by the severity of the disease. Chewing and swallowing the tablets is prohibited, they should be kept in the mouth until they are completely dissolved.
They should be consumed in the amount of 1 piece, with intervals of 4-5 hours. The maximum permissible portion per day is 125 mg. The average duration of such therapy is 1 week.
Purpose of alcohol Chlorophyllipt-VIALINE.
The medication is administered intravenously, at a low speed - for burn diseases, pulmonary inflammation and septic conditions. The contents of the ampoule (2 ml capacity) must be dissolved in a 0.9% NaCl solution (38 ml). The procedure is carried out immediately before the injection. The finished liquid should be free of sediment, it should be completely transparent.
Intravenous injections are administered 4 times a day, daily for 4-5 days. One dose is allowed to administer 40 ml of the substance.
To eliminate peritonitis or pleural empyema, an 8-day course is required. The medicinal substance (1:20) diluted in 0.25% novocaine liquid enters the cavity through a special drainage tube.
Mode of use of substances applied topically and orally.
Alcohol 1% Chlorophyllipt-VIALINE, used orally, should be dissolved in 30 ml of plain water (the dose of the medicine is 5 ml). To prevent the appearance of any negative symptoms after surgical procedures and to carry out intestinal sanitation, the medicine is taken 40 minutes before meals, three times a day, every day.
Among other things, intestinal sanitation involves the administration of drugs rectally - through an enema. When preparing the liquid for an enema, 20 ml of the drug should be dissolved in ordinary water (1 l). Such procedures should be repeated once, with intervals of 1 day. The therapeutic cycle should include 10 such sessions.
For local use (treatment of ulcers, burns and wound lesions with chronic course), the medicine is diluted with 0.25% novocaine solution (1 to 5). Then, gauze bandages are soaked in the substance and applied to the wounded area. This treatment cycle lasts 14-21 days.
Treatment of ESM proceeds as follows: before the introduction of the drug, it is necessary to completely dry the vaginal folds and the vaginal area of the cervix with tampons. Upon completion of this procedure, the cervical canal is lubricated with the drug, which is preliminarily diluted in a ratio of 1 to 10. Such measures are carried out for 10 days, after which the patient is prescribed douching procedures (for a period of 14 days).
To prepare the liquid for douching, dissolve a tablespoon of LS in 1 liter of plain water. If full epithelialization of the cervix has not occurred after the end of this cycle, the course must be repeated.
Application of 2% oil substance.
The oil preparation can be administered topically or orally.
During the elimination of ESM, the cervical canal area is lubricated with it. Such a tampon with a medicinal substance, with the help of which the cervix is treated, acts for about 15-20 minutes. Such a course lasts a maximum of 10 days.
The patient then needs to use the preparation for douching for another 14 days. In this case, 1 tablespoon of the oil product is dissolved in regular water (1 l). In addition to this action, a tampon, previously soaked in undiluted oil liquid, should be left inside the vagina for the next 12 hours. If there is no result after completing the course, it is recommended to repeat it.
When eliminating chronic wound lesions and trophic ulcers, the medicine is applied locally using gauze dressings, which are pre-soaked in an oil solution. The affected areas are treated, and dressings soaked in a 1% alcohol solution are used alternately (dilute according to the principle of 1 to 10).
The solution can be used as a lubricant for the tips of enema bottles, which are used to administer enemas and treat local complications – sphincteritis or hemorrhoids.
To eliminate diseases caused by antibiotic-resistant pathogenic strains of Staphylococcus, it is necessary to take the oil substance orally, 5 ml 4 times a day. Such a cycle usually lasts for 14-21 days.
When eliminating gastric ulcers, the drug is used as part of a combination treatment, it is taken three times a day, 1 teaspoon for 21 days. After 3 months, this course should be repeated.
Mode of use of LS:
- 1st use - on an empty stomach, before breakfast (1 hour). The medicine (1 teaspoon) must first be mixed with 30 ml of water so that the substance takes the form of an emulsion;
- 2nd use – 4 hours after the 1st use, 60 minutes before lunch;
- 3rd use - 120 minutes after dinner, before bed.
A good result in the treatment of ulcers is given by introducing a substance through an endoscope directly into the area where the lesion is located. Such a procedure is carried out once a day, within a period of 10 days.
When treating erysipelas, the medication is used locally and applied using bandages.
When treating dental diseases (for example, stomatitis), the oral mucosa along with the gums must be treated with the preparation.
To eliminate ENT pathologies (such as sinusitis or ethmoiditis), the medication should be taken orally for 7 days (the size of a 1-time portion is 5 ml, which is taken 4 times a day), in addition to this, using an additional substance for the nose. To do this, you need to instill the medication into each nostril 3-4 times a day (minimum 10 drops, and maximum 0.5 pipettes). The dose for a child is 2-5 drops in each nostril. Instillation is carried out in a horizontal position, while the head should be thrown back. It is necessary to remain in this position for another ¼ hour after the procedure.
When treating throat lesions (laryngotracheitis or laryngitis) and inflammations affecting the bronchi, 20 ml of the substance should be used per day, dividing this portion into 4 uses (1 teaspoon). This medicine is taken within 7-10 days.
To treat tonsillitis, you need to soak cotton swabs in the preparation and then use them to treat the tonsils affected by the disease.
To get rid of pimples (which also occur during chickenpox), and in addition to this, to eliminate simple boils, it is necessary to treat them with bandages soaked in the medicine, alternating them with bandages soaked in 1% alcohol Chlorophyllipt-VIALAIN (dilute in parts 1 to 10). Such bandages are changed twice/three times a day.
To prevent cracks in the nipples during breastfeeding, mothers are prescribed to treat them with medication after finishing feeding. The remains of the medication should be washed off before the next feeding.
How to use the spray.
To treat respiratory pathologies, against the background of which inflammations are observed, teenagers from 12 years old and adults are prescribed a spray according to the scheme: 3-4 times a day, make 2-3 injections during each use, pressing the nozzle of the spray can until it stops. The spray should be used for no more than 3-4 days.
After the procedure of treating the mouth with a spray, it is prescribed not to eat or drink for the next 20-30 minutes.
During the elimination of trophic ulcers and erosions with burns, it is necessary to treat such areas of the mucous membrane or epidermis twice a day - for a period of 15-20 minutes, apply a piece of gauze soaked in spray to it. It is prescribed to carry out such treatments daily, within a period of 10 days.
Methods for diluting an alcohol substance for throat gargling procedures.
Dilution is carried out in the following proportions: 5 ml of the medicine is required for half a glass of warm plain water.
The entire mixture should be used in 1 procedure, which is recommended to be carried out for at least 5 minutes. It is recommended to rinse after eating, at least 4-5 times a day (optimally - with intervals of 3 hours). For the next 0.5 hours after rinsing, you cannot drink or eat.
Dilution of the substance for inhalation sessions.
In these cases, it is necessary to use a 1% alcohol substance. Similar methods are used to eliminate staphylococcal lesions affecting the respiratory tract.
The inhalation liquid is prepared by diluting Chlorophyllipt-VIALAIN in saline (proportions - 1:10). For 1 inhalation using a nebulizer, 3 ml of diluted liquid is required. Inhalation sessions are carried out 3 times a day.
