Cerebrum compositum N has a wide spectrum of action and favorably affects certain areas of the brain. Thus, using this drug, the processes of electrical conduction arising from the excitation of neurons are stimulated, this affects the acceleration of changes in clinical symptoms. Reception of the drug promotes the growth of interhemispheric correlation, leading to the normalization of the indices of the nervous activity of the brain. The drug has a particularly active effect on the work of subcortical areas of the hypothalamic-pituitary region of the intra-hemispheric connections, leading to optimization of the cortical-subcortical interactions. The drug affects the excitation of the cerebral cortex, while its excitation decreases, convulsive activity is minimized, cortical rhythms stabilize. Cerebrum compositum H affects catecholamines, stimulating energy metabolism and exerting a psychoactivating effect. The drug exhibits a slight cholinolytic effect, and with long-term use has an antiparkinsonian and timoleptic property.
Cerebrum compositum enhances the protective reaction of the body's immune system and hypersensitizes immune cells to certain antigens. With the use of the drug, the pulse and the velocity of the outflow of venous blood are normalized. Cerebrum compositum H improves the condition of the walls of blood vessels, increases their elasticity. Cerebrum compositum N has the property of expanding the blood vessels, normalizing the metabolism. It removes poisonous substances from the human body, strengthens and tones it.
