The basis of the preparation is organic (extracts and extracts of plant and animal origin) and inorganic (minerals and their compounds) elements. Cerebrum compositum N has a wide spectrum of action and has a beneficial effect on certain areas of the brain. Thus, using this drug, the processes of electrical conductivity that occur during excitation of neurons are stimulated, this affects the acceleration of changes in clinical symptoms. Taking the drug promotes the growth of interhemispheric correlation, leading to the normalization of indicators of nervous activity of the brain. The drug has a particularly active effect on the work of the subcortical areas of the hypothalamic-pituitary region of intrahemispheric connections, leading to the optimization of cortical-subcortical interactions. The drug affects the excitation of the cerebral cortex, while its excitation decreases, seizure activity is minimized, cortical rhythms are stabilized. Cerebrum compositum N affects catecholamines that stimulate energy metabolism and have a psychoactivating effect. The drug exhibits a slight anticholinergic effect, and with long-term use has antiparkinsonian and thymoleptic properties.
Cerebrum compositum N enhances the immune system's defense reaction and hyposensitizes immune cells to certain antigens. When using the medicine, the pulse and venous blood outflow rate are normalized. Cerebrum compositum N improves the condition of blood vessel walls and increases their elasticity.
