The original large Bitner balm is a tonic.
The adaptogenic effect of the drug helps improve intellectual and physical activity, as well as the psycho-emotional state. In addition, it stabilizes sleep and the body's functioning under conditions of physical overexertion and stress.
The bioactive elements contained in the balm help to normalize blood pressure, stabilize vascular tone and strengthen vascular walls. In addition, they activate microcirculation processes, stimulate metabolism within the myocardium and improve heart function.

Pharmacodynamics
The complex of plants with medicinal activity helps to stabilize the motor and excretory activity of the digestive system, demonstrates a healing and protective effect on the gastric mucosa and has a positive effect on the intestinal flora. At the same time, the drug stimulates bile secretion and has anti-inflammatory, as well as antispasmodic and hepatoprotective activity.
Bitner's balm reduces blood cholesterol levels, has an immunostimulating and hypoglycemic effect, improves blood rheological parameters and EBV values, and also develops an intensive radioprotective and antioxidant effect.
A moderate diuretic effect reduces swelling and helps excrete radionuclides with toxic elements.
The medication is used in the combined treatment of respiratory pathologies, because it combines bactericidal activity, enveloping, anti-inflammatory, bronchodilatory and expectorant effects.
External use in the form of compresses, lotions and rubbing leads to the development of anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, disinfectant, analgesic and reparative effects. The medicine increases local blood flow, reduces inflammation and pain, and also increases the rate of healing in frostbite, arthritis, wound lesions, burns with insect bites, and along with this, in sprains with arthrosis and injuries in the area of soft tissues.
