Release form

The release of drugs is implemented in the form of dragee - 15 pieces inside the cell plate. In a pack - 4 such records.

Pharmacodynamics

The complex, which includes cyanocobalamin and thiamine with pyridoxine, helps the healing processes of damaged nerve tissue.

Vitamins with iron have a powerful effect on the metabolic processes of the system, which forms energy and consumes oxygen.

Ascorbic acid helps improve the absorption of Fe. In combination with organically synthesized Fe, they are absorbed by the body through the digestive tract. In case of iron deficiency, about 20-25% of Fe is absorbed. The drug is also involved in the reduction-oxidation process and helps to normalize the immune function.

Hawthorn has a positive chronotropic, inotropic and dromotropic effects, as well as a negative bathmotropic effect. Helps to strengthen the myocardial-coronary circulation.

Motherwort exhibits mild cardiotropic activity, reduces heart rate, and also has a mild sedative effect.

Thiamine stabilizes heart work and helps normalize the activity of NA.

Riboflavin helps tissue healing (this includes epidermal cells).

Pyridoxine maintains a stable function and structure of the teeth with gums and bones. It affects the processes of erythropoiesis and stabilizes the work of NA.

Cyanocobalamin is a member of hematopoiesis and other tissue-forming processes.

Niacin is involved in the reduction-oxidation processes, and also helps transport phosphate with hydrogen.

B9-vitamin is involved in the process of erythropoiesis, and also accelerates wound healing.

Retinol affects the integrity of the epithelial cell structure, helps to normalize the development of the epidermis and mucous membranes, prevents excessive keratinization, and also increases resistance to infections.

Fe is a participant in erythropoiesis processes. This is an important component of hemoglobin, providing the movement of oxygen inside the tissues.

Dosing and administration

Dragee consumed entirely, without chewing, before eating or with it.

For prevention, adolescents and adults should eat 1 tablet 3 times a day. Young children - 1 tablet 1 times a day.

During therapy, adolescents and adults consume 2 dragees 3 times a day, and children - 1 dragee 2 times a day.

The duration of the therapeutic cycle is selected individually, taking into account the degree of intensity of hypovitaminosis.

When using the recommended medicinal portions, the likelihood of overdose is extremely low.

The use of 30+ dragees, which is equivalent to taking 1 g Fe, increases the likelihood of poisoning in a child. In the case of acute poisoning when consumed on the 1st day of Fe, the following signs appear: gastroenteritis of a hemorrhagic nature, which causes nausea with vomiting and pain in the epigastric zone with further appearance of circulatory collapse, systemic blood-clotting disorders and acidic respiration.

It is required to induce vomiting, perform gastric lavage, and maintain blood circulation processes. The antidote is phosphate or bicarbonate buffer; if required, a diferal (5 g) may be administered. It is necessary to constantly monitor serum values of Fe. For several hours, blood coagulation will be reduced.
