Indications of the bile canned medical

The canned bile can be used as an external preparation for the following diseases:

• pathology of joints of different etiology (including inflammatory character);
• inflammatory processes in the joint bag;
• inflammation of the synovial membrane of the muscle tendon;
• degenerative disorders in small joints of the spinal column (spondylolisthesis, deforming spondylosis, deforming spondylarthrosis);
• secondary radiculopathy;
• injuries of soft tissue without rupture (bruising, stretching, compression damage);
• plantar fasciitis (heel spur).

Release form

The preparation is made in the form of a dispersed-colloidal emulsion from straw-yellow to emerald-green hue. Bile canned medical jelly is intended for local use, can be packaged in jars of 50 ml, 100 ml or 250 ml.

The preparation, in addition to bile, contains a certain amount of lysoform or formalin (preservative), ethanol, furacilin and flavors.

Bile canned medical has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, emulsifying, distracting and absorbing effects on tissues.

Dosing and administration

Bile canned medical use for local treatment as applications and compresses.

Usual application: add gauze to several layers, soak it with a bile emulsion (first shake the bottle), apply to the affected area, cover with cellophane or parchment and fix with a bandage.

Such a compress should be changed every day to fresh. Duration of treatment - from one to 4 weeks, according to individual indications. The course of procedures can be repeated in 30-60 days.

Treatment of bile is more appropriate to combine with other types of anti-inflammatory and restorative therapy.

Use of the bile canned medical during pregnancy

The use of bile canned during pregnancy is not contraindicated, however, the drug should be used in small quantities and with caution, since studies of the effect of the drug on the course of pregnancy and fetal development have not been conducted.

The possibility of using bile emulsion during breastfeeding should be determined by the doctor with individual consultation.

Contraindications

It is not recommended to use the drug:

• in the presence of damaged skin at the site of application (cuts, cracks, ulcerous, erosive, wound and burn surfaces, boils and carbuncles);
• with acute inflammatory processes in the lymph nodes and lymphatic vessels;
• with a tendency to an allergic reaction to the drug.

Side effects of the bile canned medical

In rare cases, the appearance of irritation of the skin in the place of use of bile emulsion. After the treatment is canceled, the area of irritation is restored. Repeated treatment can begin no earlier than 2-4 weeks.

Overdose

Symptoms of an overdose are similar to the side effect of the drug and are stopped by the cancellation of treatment. A second course of therapy can begin no earlier than one month after the development of signs of an overdose.

Interactions with other drugs

Since there is no reliable information on the interaction of bile with canned medicines with other medicinal products, specialists do not recommend the simultaneous use of bile emulsion with other drugs for external use.
