Pharmacodynamics
Berocca is a vitamin complex - contains ascorbic acid, vitamins from category B, and macroelements (magnesium with calcium), which participate in metabolic processes (for example, in the area of muscle and nerve tissue). The medicine helps to improve the body's performance (both physical and intellectual) - concentration, memory processes, as well as the speed of perception along with the processing of received information. In addition, the medicine increases the body's resistance to stress.
Each of the B vitamins, when used in optimal doses, helps support reaction speed, mental performance, nervous system health, and adequate energy production through the body's cells.
Ascorbic acid helps strengthen the immune system and improve metabolic processes.
Minerals – magnesium, calcium and zinc – are elements required by the body to absorb the vitamins consumed.
Dosing and administration
The medication should be taken orally, with tablets washed down with plain water. Effervescent tablets should be dissolved in a glass of plain water, then drunk.
For teenagers over 15 years of age and adults, the daily dose is 1 tablet.
The therapeutic cycle should last 30 days. Repeated cycles can only be carried out with the prescription of a medical specialist.
