Beresh

Birch is a medicine containing in its composition a complex of minerals useful to the body.

Indications of the beresha

An additional intake of mineral components is necessary for the development of pathology or for a lack of trace elements in the body:

  • to maintain the immune function and the stability of the body or help with the decline of the latter due, for example, to influenza and colds;
  • with poor nutrition (for example, because of special diets - such as vegetarianism), and in addition in the case of increased physical exertion;
  • with the development of such manifestations as insomnia, a feeling of weakness and lethargy, as well as a loss of appetite, and in addition to speeding up the rehabilitation process after surgical operations or diseases;
  • as an additional tool to help improve the well-being and general condition of a person with oncological pathology.

Release form

Release in the form of oral drops, in bottles of glass with a volume of 30 or 100 ml. Inside a separate package contains 1 bottle (volume 30 or 100 ml) or 4 bottles (30 ml volume) with drops.

Birch gravel is a combined remedy containing mineral elements and multivitamins. Produced in tablets - 30, 60 or 90 pieces inside the bottle. In a separate pack - 1 bottle with tablets.

Beres calcium plus d3 is a combination medicine that contains vitamin D3 with calcium. Issue in tablets, 10 pieces inside a blister plate. In the package - 3 or 6 blisters.

Beres magnesium plus в6 - complex drug containing pyridoxine with magnesium. Included in the category of other mineral additives and magnesium drugs.

Beres febrilin is included in the group of antipyretic analgesics. Available in tablet form, 10 or 20 pieces per blister. In a separate box - 1 or 2 blister plates with tablets.

Pharmacodynamics

The medicine contains an aqueous solution, which includes trace elements with mineral compounds, which are inserted into the molecules of organic elements by means of coordination ligaments. These microelements are very important in the process of maintaining the biological balance in the body. Many of them are mainly located inside the cells in the form of cofactors of enzymes, promoting their catalytic action, and also helping to stabilize the macromolecular structures of the non-enzymatic species and the hormone index with vitamins within the human body.

Lack of trace elements sometimes develops even in a healthy person (for example, in a certain age range - adolescence or the elderly period) or occurs due to the waste of a large number of them during the period of a particular condition of the body (for example, in pregnant or lactating women).

Certain pathologies and therapeutic techniques also often cause a deficiency of microelements, resulting in a variety of clinical manifestations. Even with a small deficit in the substance, there may be a negative impact on physical health, immunity and general health, as well as on rehabilitation after surgery or recovery from illness.

Beresh contains in its composition very important for the organism trace elements. The medicine is used to restore the balance of these substances in the body (in cases when other medicinal oral medications can not be used).

Pharmacokinetics

Active components of drugs are actively absorbed from the digestive tract, which ensures their biological effects. Pharmacokinetic tests were performed on dogs using isotope techniques. The delay of substances in the body after the use of drugs in the period of 72 hours showed such data elements:

  • extremely high level for iron (about 30% of the total delay of substances inside the body);
  • a high index for zinc (about 5%), as well as cobalt (about 6%) with molybdenum (about 4%);
  • a relatively low level for manganese (about 2%) with nickel (about 1%).

Use of the beresha during pregnancy

During lactation or pregnancy, the drug is used only with the permission of the treating doctor (the recommended daily dosages are taken into account).

Contraindications

The main contraindications:

  • the presence of intolerance relative to the active components of drugs or other additional elements (eg, allergic reaction to metals);
  • kidney failure in severe degree;
  • pathologies that develop against a background of a disorder in the metabolism of copper with iron (this includes pigment cirrhosis with hemosiderosis and hepatocerebral dystrophy).

Side effects of the beresha

Occasionally, mainly due to the use of drops on an empty stomach or in combination with less than required water, the following side effects may occur:

  • manifestations in the gastrointestinal tract: abnormalities in the work of the gastrointestinal tract, including abdominal pain, mild nausea, constipation, bitter taste in the mouth, and a change in the shade of teeth in children. These disorders pass quickly enough and do not require treatment;
  • immune reactions: manifestations of hypersensitivity.

Dosing and administration

Use with food. It is required to add a single dosage of drugs into syrup, fruit juice / tea or water (volume 50 ml). In addition, you should always take the medicine in combination with ascorbic acid (50 mg).

In the preventive use of drugs:

  • weight within 10-20 kg - 5 drops twice a day;
  • weight in the range of 20-40 kg - 10 drops twice a day;
  • weight more than 40 kg - 20 drops twice a day.

Daily dosages for elimination of the pathologies indicated in the indications:

  • weight within 10-20 kg - two-time intake of 10 drops of drugs;
  • weight in the range of 20-40 kg - two-time use of 20 drops;
  • weight index more than 40 kg - three-time intake of 20 drops.

When used to improve the health and health of cancer patients with a weight greater than 40 kg, from the appointment of a doctor, daily doses may be used that exceed the above values, but they can not be more than 120 drops per day. When taking such servings, you should divide the daily dose by 4-5 uses (in equal amounts).

When using drugs in standard doses for prevention, the optimal effect is observed after approximately 1.5 months of continuous treatment. This effect with the subsequent administration of the drug for prevention can be maintained for the entire required period (for example, during influenza or catarrhal epidemics in winter).

In the case of the development of manifestations of the disease, drops should be used at prescribed doses without interruptions. If the symptoms of the disease occur again, it is allowed to repeat the treatment course. The duration of therapy is prescribed by the doctor for each patient separately.

Overdose

Tests with the participation of volunteers demonstrated that even a triple take of medicines per day in the amount of 120 drops is not dangerous to health and is tolerated fairly well. But as a result of an overdose, it is still possible to develop disorders - such as stomach pain and nausea. These disorders soon pass by themselves. Sometimes there may be a manifestation of allergies - in this situation, you need to cancel the reception of Beresh, as well as consult a doctor.

Interactions with other drugs

To avoid the development of antagonistic effect and overdose, it is prohibited to use drops in combination with other drugs, which contain various trace elements.

With combined use of the drug and products containing bisphosphonates with tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones, and penicillamine, it is necessary to observe intervals of at least 2 hours between doses (because of the physicochemical interaction, the absorption of Beresch may vary).

Also, you should always observe intervals of at least 1 hour between the use of drops and any other drugs.

It is forbidden to take the medicine simultaneously with coffee or milk, because they weaken the absorption of its active ingredients.

Combined use with magnesium, aluminum and calcium-containing antacids leads to a deterioration in the absorption of iron.

Storage conditions

Birch should be kept in a place inaccessible to young children. The temperature level is not more than 25 ° С.

Shelf life

Beresh is allowed to use in the period of 4 years from the date of release of the medicine. But when the vial is opened, the shelf life is reduced to six months.
