Colds and flu - they especially bother us in the off-season. A person feels disgusting. In this case, the highly effective drug Aurora Hot Sip will help you, quickly and efficiently relieving the symptoms of the disease. Its positive quality is that it practically does not reveal side deviations and has minor contraindications. But self-medication is still not worth it - it is better to consult your doctor.
Indications Aurora hot sipa
The drug in question, by its pharmacological action, can be classified as a narrow-focused drug. Indications for use of Aurora Hot Sip are reduced to preventive and therapeutic therapy of colds, flu, their symptoms: headache of cold etiology, swelling of the nasal passages, chills, pain in the nasopharyngeal apparatus.
Release form
Aurora Hot Sip is presented on the pharmacy market in the form of powder, which is used to prepare solutions. This "liquid" medicine is then used orally. To date, this is the only form of release.
Pharmacodynamics
The main components of the drug: paracetamol in a dosage of 750 mg, ascorbic acid in the amount of 30 mg, anhydrous caffeine (25 mg), phenylephrine hydrochloride (5 mg) and additional substances. Based on the component composition, the pharmacodynamics of Aurora Hot Sip is determined. Being an analgesic, paracetamol acts aggressively and destructively on the synthesis of prostaglandins in the central nervous system, and also has a depressing effect on the thermoregulation area, which is located in the hypothalamus - an area of the brain.
Ascorbic acid is a vitamin that is vital for humans. During illness, it is especially actively spent by the body, as it participates in protecting against pathogenic flora or viral microorganisms that enter the body, and also maintains the normal functioning of T-lymphocytes and the ability of neutrophils and monocytes to actively bind, absorb and digest microbial strains on their surface. Irreversible losses of ascorbic acid by the body must be significantly replenished.
Since phenylephrine is a sympathomimetic, its mechanism of action is mainly reduced to the activation of adrenergic receptors (in most cases, a-adrenergic receptors). Thanks to this substance and its vasoconstrictive action, it is possible to effectively reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa, which significantly facilitates the patient's breathing.
Anhydrous caffeine is an excellent stimulant. Thanks to it, the work of the cardiovascular system is activated, the strength of myocardial contractions is strengthened and increased.

Interactions with other drugs
Any medication should be started only after consultation with a doctor, since any dosage is stress for the body. It is especially necessary to be careful when taking various drugs in combination. After all, the interactions of Aurora Hot Sip with other drugs may be different.
The combined use of domperidone or metoclopramide with the drug in question significantly increases the rate at which paracetamol is absorbed into the intestine, while cholestyramine, on the contrary, slows down this process.
You should not take Aurora Hot Sip at the same time as medications containing paracetamol, as well as medications aimed at suppressing cold symptoms and flu manifestations.
It is necessary to use the options of combined administration with rifampicin, anticonvulsants, barbiturates, and also with alcohol with sufficient caution. Since this tandem provokes an increase in the hepatotoxic effect of drugs (structural and functional disorders of the liver).
With long-term use of Aurora Hot Sip and warfarin, or other drugs of the coumarin group, the anticoagulant effect increases significantly, which prevents the occurrence of blood clots, but at the same time the likelihood of bleeding increases. If the tandem intake was carried out periodically, such an effect is not observed.
In the clinical picture of the patient's disease, a hypertensive effect (sustained increase in blood pressure) can be achieved if monoamine oxidase inhibitors are taken together with the drug Aurora Hot Sip.
It is not advisable to prescribe the drug in question together with beta-blockers and antihypertensive agents, as the effectiveness of the medicinal properties of the latter is reduced.
