The medicine contains trimazolin with phenylephrine, which have vasoconstrictive properties - it is due to the ability to narrow the blood vessels the medicine reduces the swelling of the nasal mucosa. This allows you to normalize breathing through the nose and reduce pressure in the middle ear and sinus.
