Infenak has analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity. It contains the substance aceclofenac, which is included in the NSAID subcategory.
This component helps to reduce the severity of inflammation, and at the same time inhibits the occurrence and conduction of pain impulses.
In patients with rheumatic diseases, after using aceclofenac, there is a decrease in swelling and stiffness of the joints in the morning; in addition, pain is reduced and joint mobility improves.
Indications Infinica
It is used in the case of pain observed on the background of arthritis of a rheumatoid nature, osteoarthritis or Bechterew's disease.
Release form
The release of the therapeutic substance is realized in tablets - 10 pieces inside the contour plates. In the box - 1 such a record.
Pharmacodynamics
Aceclofenac is an α-toluic acid derivative; its chemical structure is similar to diclofenac. The substance slows down the activity of the COX enzyme, as a result of which the production of PG elements, as well as prostacyclin, is weakened.

Pharmacokinetics
After ingestion, the active element of the drug is well absorbed inside the digestive system; its bioavailability level reaches 100%. Eating a little reduces the rate of absorption, but does not affect the bioavailability values of aceclofenac. Plasma indicators Cmax are recorded after 1.25-3 hours after the drug is taken.
About 99.7% of the drug undergoes intraplasma synthesis with protein. Aceclofenac can overcome the BBB and the hemato-placental barrier.
Intrahepatic metabolic processes of drugs are carried out using the structure of hemoprotein P450 2S9; excretion is mainly done through the kidneys - in the form of non-active metabolic elements. Unchanged excreted maximum of 1% of the administered portion of aceclofenac. The term half-life of a component is 4-4.3 hours.
In persons with liver problems, the term “half-life” can be prolonged.
Dosing and administration
The drug is taken orally. To reduce the likelihood of negative signs associated with digestive function, swallow the pill whole. It is possible to use infenak without reference to food intake, washing it down with ordinary water. The sizes of dosages and duration of the treatment cycle are selected by the doctor.
Often a portion of the drug is the reception of the 1st tablet 2 times a day.
Persons with liver problems need to consume no more than 0.1 g of aceclofenac per day (if a severe degree of frustration is noted, the use of the drug is prohibited).

Use Infinica during pregnancy
The decision regarding the use of Infenac during pregnancy should be made by the doctor. You can not use the drug in the 3rd trimester (this applies to any substances that suppress the binding of PG; with the introduction of aceclofenac in the 3rd trimester, the appearance of CAS disease in the fetus may occur, and with it the complication of the labor process). When planning the conception of the drug also can not be used, because it can cause a disorder of reproductive activity (reversible).
If the medicine needs to be consumed during lactation, breastfeeding should be discontinued for this period.
Contraindications
You can not use the drug in case of intolerance against aceclofenac or other NSAIDs (this includes those with a history of "aspirin" triad).
It is forbidden to prescribe a drug to people with an ulcer in the gastrointestinal tract in the active phase (also in the case of its recurrence in chronic lesions) or in case of suspicion of its presence. In addition, it is contraindicated for bleeding in the area of the gastrointestinal tract or active bleeding in any area of the body.
Drugs are not used in the case of CH, which proceeds to a severe degree, and in addition with severe disorders in the work of the kidneys.
It is used with great caution in persons with diseases affecting the gastrointestinal tract, bleeding of the cerebrovascular variety, hematopoietic disorders, SLE and porphyria, and in addition, in the elderly.
Caution Invenak is also used in people with problems in the kidneys, cardiovascular system and liver, and at the same time in conditions with fluid retention within the body.
Side effects Infinica
Usually, the medication is transferred without the appearance of complications. In clinical testing, the following adverse events were found:
- lesions of the digestive tract: dyspeptic symptoms, stool disorders, pain affecting epigastrium, nausea and increased activity of intrahepatic enzymes;
- disorders associated with the work of NA: dizziness, paresthesias and headaches;
- manifestations of allergies: epidermal rash, urticaria and itching;
- Other: hypercreatininemia.
Negative symptoms that appear under the influence of aceclofenac usually have mild severity and do not require special treatment. After stopping the drug intake, they disappear on their own.
Overdose
There is no information regarding poisoning Infenakom. If excessive amounts of drugs are used, vomiting, abdominal pain and epigastrium, convulsions, nausea, headaches, respiratory depression, decreased blood pressure and kidney failure may occur.
The drug has no antidote. In case of intoxication, it is necessary to conduct gastric lavage and enterosorbents. When signs of overdose appear, measures and procedures appropriate to the symptoms that have arisen are designed to support the functioning of the cardiovascular system, the respiratory system and the kidneys.
Because aceclofenac is synthesized with high intensity with intraplasma protein, performing peritoneal or hemodialysis, and in addition to this forced diuresis, to reduce the plasma values of drugs will be ineffective.
Interactions with other drugs
It is forbidden to use the drug in combination with other NSAIDs.
Infenac is able to influence the drug activity of drugs whose metabolic processes are realized with the help of P450 2C9 hemoprotein (among them phenytoin, miconazole, cimetidine with phenylbutazone, as well as fulfafenazole and amiodarone).
The drug can affect plasma indicators of lithium drugs and methotrexate, as well as potentiate their toxic properties.
There is a possibility of the development of the pharmacokinetic interaction of the drug and drugs that are synthesized in large quantities with plasma proteins.
At the same time, when combining the drug with anticoagulants, an increase in their activity can be expected, as well as an increase in the likelihood of bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract (a similar effect is characteristic of other substances from the NSAID group, but relatively specific aceclofenac is not sufficient information of this nature).
Nephrotoxic effect may be observed with a combination of non-opioid analgesics and cyclosporine or tacrolimus.
Non-opioid analgesics weaken the effects of bumetanide, furosemide, and diuretic thiazide in nature; in addition, they increase the likelihood of hyperkalemia with simultaneous use with a diuretic potassium-sparing species.
NSAIDs are very carefully prescribed to people who use substances that slow down the activity of an ACE inhibitor or antagonists of angiotensin-2 endings. This is due to the high probability of a change in the therapeutic efficacy of antihypertensive drugs and an increase in the likelihood of nephrotoxic effects.
Caution is required when combining non-opioid analgesics with ingestible antidiabetic drugs and insulin.
Storage conditions
Infenak is required to be kept at temperature values in the range of marks 15-25 ° C.
