Heparil has an intense anticoagulant and antithrombotic effect, demonstrates anti-edema activity, reduces inflammation and helps heal connective tissue.

The anticoagulant effect develops with a direct effect on the blood-clotting system, by forming a compound with antithrombin-3, which synthesizes intraplasma coagulation factors. The substance stimulates metabolism, tissue epithelialization and granulation. The intensity of the drug effect of the gel significantly exceeds the effect exerted by the ointments - because the gel can penetrate deeper into the tissues.
