Pask has an active antibacterial effect (it has a medicinal effect on mycobacteria).

The drug shows an active bacteriostatic effect against M. Tuberculosis bacteria. The action of this drug is developed by inhibiting the formation of mycobacin, and in addition it occurs through the suppression of the formation of B9-vitamin. Due to this, the microbial capture of microbes by M. Tuberculosis is noticeably weakened.
