Pharmacodynamics

The drug contains a set of elements that help protect the epidermis on the hands from irritation of dryness, and in addition retains its elasticity and the natural balance of water and fat indicators. The drug has virucidal (this includes hepatitis B and C forms, as well as HIV), tuberculocidal, bactericidal and fungicidal properties.

Dosing and administration

Hospicept is used undiluted.

Antiseptic treatment.

Produced in such situations:

  • cleaning of medical centers (places where dressings are performed, operations and other procedures, as well as maternity wards, wards with laboratories and departments for intensive care, and in addition, dental medical rooms with infectious rooms, dispensaries and other health facilities);
  • treatment of ambulances or ambulances;
  • at home while caring for the following groups - newborns, ill, as well as the elderly;
  • at industrial facilities (cosmetic or medicinal products; in addition, when processing food products);
  • general-purpose facilities (hotels / hotels, saunas, as well as baths with hairdressers and so on.).

Surgical disinfection of hands.

It is necessary for medical staff to process hands to remove acquired pathogenic flora (temporary) as well as normal skin bacteria (permanent microflora).

Before using the drug, you must wash your hands and then dry them. After that, for 60 seconds, rub the substance in small doses into dry skin on the forearms and hands (for the procedure, 3 ml of medication is needed). The epidermis must remain moist throughout the entire procedure.

Hygienic disinfection of hands.

Hygiene procedures are carried out to eliminate the temporary microbial flora.

Before conducting a survey or any manipulations, you need to wash your hands using a detergent, and then dry them. After that, 3 ml of medicines are applied to the dry skin, which must be rubbed for half a minute. After the end of the examination / manipulation procedure:

  • if there is no strong pollution on the hands, it is necessary to moisten the dry skin with the Hospicept (to do this, use at least 3 ml of the substance) and rub the medication for half a minute;
  • if your hands were very dirty, you need to remove such contamination using special Hospicepete napkins. After that, a disinfecting treatment is performed, in which 3 ml of the drug is rubbed into the skin for 0.5 minutes.

Disinfecting treatment of the epidermis.

After performing hygienic disinfection, wash your hands using detergent.

The area of the patient's epidermis, which is to be disinfected, must be completely moistened with a solution and allowed to dry. Exposure time - at least 15 seconds; the epidermis rich in sebaceous glands takes at least 10 minutes.

Use The hospice during pregnancy

Hospicept is not prescribed during pregnancy or lactation.

Contraindications

Main contraindications:
