Chagolol has laxatives, choleretic, and also spasmolytic properties.
Indications of the choragol
It is used for the following disorders:
- cholelithiasis;
- chronic form of cholecystitis at the stage of remission, and in addition cholangitis;
- biliary colic;
- treatment of hepatic cirrhosis and epidemic form of hepatitis.
Release form
The release is carried out in drops, in bottles with a capacity of 10 ml. Inside the box there is one such bottle.
Pharmacodynamics
The active elements of the drug are quickly absorbed inside the gastrointestinal tract and eliminate the spasms of the SCM, and in addition help to speed up the process of excretion of bile. Also, the medicine has an anesthetic, laxative, anti-inflammatory and moderate disinfecting effect.
Due to the complex action of Chololah, stimulation of the production of bile occurs, and in addition, its departure from the gallbladder.
Oil, obtained from peppermint, cleans muscle spasms inside the bile ducts and greatly facilitates the excretion of bile calculi.
Pharmacokinetics
It is forbidden to prescribe Chololol to pregnant women.
Dosing and administration
Adults take the medicine orally - 5-10 drops of LS together with a piece of sugar. The reception should be done 30 minutes before meals, three times a day. If the patient has colic, it is possible to increase a single dose of drugs to 20 drops for a single use.
Take the drug is necessary with observance of time intervals between the uses (minimum 5 hours). Daily maximum - no more than 30 drops of medicine. Therapy may last for a maximum of 1.5 months.
Dosage sizes for adolescents from 12 years old are selected individually.

Contraindications
The main contraindications:
- disorders of renal activity;
- the presence of hypersensitivity to the drug;
- inflammation in the liver at the stage of exacerbation;
- breast-feeding;
- children under 12 years of age.
Caution is required when prescribing to persons with alcoholism, epilepsy and illnesses or brain traumas.
Side effects of the choragol
The drug usually has good tolerability. Only occasionally there is the appearance of nausea, heartburn, stool and vomiting. There are signs of allergy.
Storage conditions
Cholago is contained in a place where sunlight does not penetrate, under temperature conditions within the limits of 10-25ºC. Do not freeze the drug.
Shelf life
Cholagol is allowed to be used for 3 years after the release of the drug.
