Release form

Pharmacodynamics
The drug depresses the process of reproduction of tumor cells at any stage of prostate cancer, and in addition reduces the volume of produced sex hormones. If you compare it with other artificial estrogenic drugs, this remedy has a longer lasting effect.
If the tumors have an estrogen-resistant form, Chlorotrianizen will be ineffective.
Has a weak feminizing effect (after its admission in men there is a formation of secondary sexual characteristics - there is a deposition of fat stores in the hip area, as well as an increase in the mammary glands).
Increases blood loss, reduces cholesterol, and also triglyceride levels inside the blood. It helps to move the liquid located inside the vessels into the extracellular environment, resulting in the formation of puffiness. Has fewer central effects compared to drugs that contain estradiol and estrone.
Dosing and administration
The drug is used orally, along with food.
In the treatment of prostate cancer, it is required to take 1 tablet of medicine (12 mg) at a frequency of 2-3 times / day. If the patient has metastases, it is necessary to additionally use prednisolone.
With breast cancer, 1-nd tablet of the drug is taken four times a day - this is the size of the optimal daily dose (48 mg).
The sizes of the maximum permissible adult portions are 12 mg (single dose) and 48 mg (daytime).

Use of the chlorotriazinene during pregnancy
