Pharmacodynamics
The drug is reversibly synthesized with histamine (H1) conductors, while blocking them. This allows you to remove hypersecretion and swelling of the nasal mucosa, spasm of the bronchi and smooth muscles, as well as itching. In addition, there is a narrowing of the capillaries and strengthening the strength of the walls of the vessels.
Has sleeping pills, antihistamine, and also expressed antipruritic properties. The highest efficacy is demonstrated in preventing the development of allergy symptoms, as well as in reducing the severity of their symptoms.
Blocking m-holinoretseptorov leads to a moderate spasmolytic effect against smooth muscle organs - there is a decrease in muscle tone in the bronchi, intestines and urea.

Reviews
Chloropyramine hydrochloride is an antihistamine drug of the 1st generation, which is reversibly synthesized with H1 conductors. Because of this, in order to obtain a therapeutic effect, the drug should be taken in large dosages, and therefore the effect of the drug has a short duration, for a day the drug should be consumed 4 times, and sometimes even 6.
The intake of large portions of the drug leads to the development of a feeling of drowsiness, as well as sedation (in some people also to dizziness). It is these facts that are usually the cause of negative reviews about the drug. Because of this impact, there is a need to limit the use of drugs in individuals whose work is associated with high coordination of movements, as well as rapid response. Therefore, doctors who prescribe this drug are required to warn patients about the possibility of developing sedative effects.
Rochloride is allowed to be used for 2 years from the date of release of the drug.
