Release form
The release takes place in the form of a dragee, 10 pieces inside a blister. The packet contains 3 blister packs.
Pharmacodynamics
The drug is polycomponent. Its effect is due to the properties of minerals with vitamins, which are part of the drug.
Retinol is a participant in the processes of formation of visual pigments, and also helps to strengthen the integrity of epithelial tissues and bone growth.
Tocopherol has an antioxidant effect, protects the unsaturated fatty acids located inside the membranes from lipid peroxidation processes, and besides it helps to form elastic and collagen fibers.
Cholecalciferol helps to regulate the processes of phosphorus and calcium metabolism within the body.
Thiamine is coenzyme. It participates in the processes of carbohydrate metabolism and affects the activities of the National Assembly.
Riboflavin is the catalyst for the respiratory function of cells, as well as for visual perception. This element is an important participant in the formation of DNA and helps the healing of tissues (among them skin cells).
Pantothenic acid is a constituent element of coenzyme A and participates in the processes of oxidation and acetylation of fats with carbohydrates.
Pyridoxine is a coenzyme, which is a participant in the metabolism of proteins with amino acids, as well as binding processes of neurotransmitters.
Cyanocobalamin in combination with folic acid promotes the binding of nucleotides, and in addition to the formation of erythrocytes and cells inside the nerves. This component is an important part of the body's growth processes.
Nicotinamide helps the metabolism of carbohydrates with fats and the respiratory function of tissues.
Ascorbic acid is very important in the regulation of oxidation-reduction processes, and also provides collagen binding. It is also a participant in the metabolism of iron with folic acid and the binding of catecholamines to steroid hormones.
Magnesium weakens neuronal excitability, as well as the movement of nerve signals into the muscles. How the cofactor participates in a variety of enzyme reactions.
Iron is a member of erythropoiesis. As a component of hemoglobin helps to move oxygen inside tissues.
Zinc promotes the metabolism of proteins with carbohydrates, fats, nucleic and fatty acids, and in addition to the metabolism of hormones (this includes sex hormones).
Calcium plays a very important role in the formation of teeth, as well as bone tissue, and in addition it helps to normalize the processes of blood uptake.
Fluoride is required for mineralization of tooth enamel and bones.
Potassium maintains a stable level of osmotic pressure within cells, participates in the transmission of nervous reactions. The element is very important for the implementation of metabolic processes and the work of muscles (such as the myocardium).
Copper helps hemopoietic processes, respiratory activity of tissues, and immune function.
Manganese affects the formation of bone tissue and their development.
Molybdenum helps oxidation-reduction reactions and can act as an enzyme cofactor.
Dosing and administration
You need to take the dragee inside, after eating. The dosage is 1 tablet per day.
Pregnant or lactating women, and in addition, with strong physical stress and recovery after the disease, the portion of the drug may increase to 2 pieces per day. The treatment course lasts about 1 month.
Perform a second course of treatment is allowed with the permission of the doctor.
Use of the oligovita during pregnancy
Oligovit can be used by pregnant and lactating women.
Contraindications
The main contraindications:
- intolerance of the constituent elements of the drug;

- glomerulonephritis in the chronic stage, kidney failure, nephrolithiasis;
- active degree of pulmonary tuberculosis;
- presence of an anamnesis of sarcoidosis;
- hypervitaminosis of type A or D;
- pronounced forms of disorders in the work of the kidneys;
- gout or thrombophlebitis;
- erythrocytosis or erythremia, and in addition thromboembolism;
- hyperthyroidism;
- active stage of intestinal or gastric ulcer (due to the fact that the level of gastric acidity may increase);

- disorder of copper metabolism;
- hypermagnesia or hyperphosphataemia;
- bronze diabetes, as well as other disorders, against which cumulation of iron inside the body occurs;
- with fructose / galactose intolerance (hereditary), lactase insufficiency, malabsorption syndrome or sucrose-isomaltase deficiency (due to the presence of sucrose in the composition of the drug with glucose);
- children under 12 years of age.
Side effects of the oligovita
Use of the drug may lead to the appearance of such side effects:
- allergy symptoms: anaphylaxis, hyperthermia, Quincke edema, pruritus, redness and rash on the skin, and besides bronchospasm and manifestations of hypersensitivity (eg, urticaria);
- damage to the function of the gastrointestinal tract: vomiting with nausea, manifestations of dyspepsia, eructation, abdominal pain, diarrhea or constipation, heartburn, and increased volume of secreted gastric juice;
- dysfunction of the NS: dizziness, a feeling of drowsiness and increased excitability, as well as headaches;
- Other: staining of urine in a yellow shade;
- as a result of prolonged intake of large portions of drugs: the development of hyperhidrosis, visual disturbance, hyperglycemia, arrhythmia, hypercalciuria, hypercalcemia or hyperuricemia, irritation of the mucosa inside the gastrointestinal tract, the appearance of paresthesias. In addition, there is a transient increase in the activity of alkaline phosphatase, LDH and AST, a decrease in glucose tolerance, problems with renal function, the appearance of cracks in the palms of the hands (and their dryness), the appearance of seborrheic type rashes and alopecia.
If the patient develops skin lesions (such as urticaria), it is necessary to cancel the appointment of Oligovitis and immediately report a violation to the doctor.

It is forbidden to combine the medicine with other vitamins.
Preparations containing tocopherol should be carefully prescribed to people who take anticoagulants or agents that have an effect on platelet aggregation.
Pyridoxine, even in small portions, enhances the peripheral metabolism of levodopa, which makes it considered antagonist to the dopaminergic effect of levodopa during therapy with tremor paralysis.
Products whose constituent elements are copper with calcium and zinc with magnesium, are able to affect the absorption of antibiotics, as well as oral antiviral drugs, because of which the systemic indicators of the latter are reduced.
