Pharmacodynamics
The main ability of the medication Johimbeks-harmony is associated with the presence in it of yohimbine, an alkaloid substance derived from the bark of an African woody yohimbe plant. This substance is considered a selective blocker of presynaptic α-2-adrenergic receptors.
The effect of the active ingredient on the CNS is due to stimulation of the function of nerve spinal plexus responsible for sexual activity, erectile function, sperm formation.
Among other things, the active ingredient Johimbeks-Harmony improves the blood filling of the cavernous and spongy substance of the penis, and also plays the role of a means that stimulates sexual attraction and erection. In addition, the drug Johimbeks-Harmony has a small antidiuretic property.
The rhizome of ginseng is characterized by adaptogenic, tonic, immunomodulating and psychostimulating abilities. Also, ginseng stabilizes the endocrine function. The action of ginseng is aimed at improving the course of physiological and biochemical reactions in the glandular system, increasing the sexual ability of men. Simultaneously, the work of the heart and blood vessels improves, the general tone of the organism and its resistance to the influence of negative external factors are increased, the hepatic function is potentiated, apathy, fatigue is eliminated.
The combination of yohimbine and rhizome of ginseng enhances sexual traction and erection.

Dosing and administration

- excessive excitement, sleep disorders, trembling in the limbs, dizziness, headaches;
- Orthostatic lowering of blood pressure, palpitation, less often - short-term increase in blood pressure;
- deterioration of appetite, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting;
- manifestations of antidiuretic action of the drug, prolonged erection without sexual arousal;
- allergic processes.
Overdose
Signs of an overdose of Yohimbeks harmony can be considered such symptoms:
- sensation of weakness;
- numbness of limbs;
- disorders of memory processes and motor coordination;
- severe pain in the head;
- dizziness;
- trembling in the hands and fingers;
- cardiopalmus;
- increased blood pressure;
- a feeling of anxiety and fear;
- increase in the number of norepinephrine in the blood serum;
- bouts of vomiting or nausea;
- mydriasis;
- lacrimation;
- hypersalivation;
- excessive sweating.
When there is a suspicion of an overdose of Yohimbeks-Harmony, the antidote agent, Clonidine, is used.
With a strong increase in blood pressure, a combination of β-adrenoblocker and α-adrenoblocker or peripheral vasodilator is appropriate.

Use of neuroleptic drugs phenothiazine series is not recommended.

Interactions with other drugs
Medical means Yohimbeks harmony is not compatible with all medicines.
So, the combination of Yohimbeks harmony with Clonidine leads to a mutual decrease in the effect of drugs. Also, Yohimbeks harmony inhibits the effects of Alprazolam.
Yohimbeks harmony is not taken in conjunction with adrenomimetics (for example, ephedrine, adrenaline), since it is possible to reduce their effect and increase blood pressure.
Caution requires a combination of Yohimbeks harmony and antihypertensive drugs, because of the likelihood of sudden lowering of blood pressure.
The combination of Yohimbeks harmony with antidepressants, nootropics, psychostimulants leads to an increase in their effect.
The combination with Clomipramine leads to an increase in the amount of yohimbine in the serum.
Medicines based on iron or folic acid interfere with the absorption of zinc, which is present in the Yohimbeks harmony.
Shelf life
Yohimbeks harmony is good for 3 years.
