Inflection of the gallbladder in a child is a deformation of the organ and a decrease in its working capacity. The gallbladder is divided into three parts (bottom, neck, body) and located in the lower part of the liver. In normal state the organ is similar to a pear or a funnel, but under the influence of various factors it can take any form.
Causes
In a child, the inflection of the gallbladder can be a congenital or acquired pathology.
With a congenital anomaly, the structure of the organ is deformed even at the stage of intrauterine development. One of the causes of congenital inflection can be genetic mutations, which lead to a disruption in the development of the muscular layer. In most cases, the congenital bile of the bile flows without any marked symptoms and does not require special treatment. Often, a congenital anomaly is detected accidentally on a survey, for example, on ultrasound. In addition, such a pathology can be resolved with age without external intervention.
Acquired bend of the bile can develop against the background of excessive activity, emotional or physical overstrain, malnutrition, excess weight.
It should be noted that children are categorically forbidden to lift weights, since this threatens to lower the organs and increases the risk of deformity of the bile.
Symptoms of inflection of the gallbladder in a child
Bile is necessary for the normal process of digestion of food in the intestines, it serves as a solvent products.
It is worth noting that the body needs bile is not constant, but only a certain period of time - after eating. The gallbladder serves as a kind of bile storage and allocates it only if necessary. With the deformation of the body, the outflow of bile from the bile is broken, which leads to malfunctions in the digestive system as a whole, the symptoms of this pathology depend on the place in which the inflection is observed.
If the part between the bottom and the body of the gallbladder is deformed, a person experiences abdominal pain that can give to the scapula, collarbone, sternum, nausea and vomiting after eating. In addition, there are seizures and cracks on the lips, plaque on the tongue. In children, such a deformity of the bile is the most common.
Inflection of the gallbladder in the child in the neck area leads to pain in the left hypochondrium, nausea, excessive gas formation. Inflection of the cervix is considered a dangerous pathology that can lead to death, bile can get into the abdominal cavity and provoke a strong inflammatory process.
In extremely rare cases, the kink of the organ develops in several places, as a rule, this happens with the formation of stones or an abnormally large size of the gallbladder. In this case, there is also pain in the abdomen and nausea after eating.
