The appearance of warts is not uncommon, but not everyone knows that this is a viral disease. Their external appearance resembles the elevations of the overgrown epithelium above the surface of the body. They come in different sizes and colors, localize in different parts of the body: fingers, soles of the feet, face and even on the genitals. One of the varieties of these benign neoplasms is a black wart.
Causes of the black warts
The human papilloma virus is the cause of the formation of warts. Like any virus, it easily penetrates into a weakened organism, which is promoted by an unhealthy lifestyle, constant stress, poor nutrition, chronic diseases. It is passed more often at personal contact, through the general subjects of use: manicure accessories, towels; in swimming pools and saunas; public transport; due to sexual intercourse. Infection with the virus is facilitated by skin damage.
Symptoms of the black warts
Warts appear unexpectedly, they may be preceded by symptoms such as skin peeling, itching, and sometimes they are found already formed. In their appearance they are divided into 4 main varieties: ordinary or simple, flat or juvenile, pointed and senile. They are also colored in color. The blackening of the built-up edge makes them more noticeable, and also signals an active phase of growth in education. Black color is caused by capillaries, through which the warts are fed, sometimes it indicates the formation of blood clots in the vessels. The appearance of such a sign is an occasion to turn to a specialist, so as not to miss a degeneration into a malignant form. Keratomas, characteristic of elderly people, also often have black inclusions, but they do not carry danger.
Localization of black warts on the body is different: in the navel, groin, arm, legs, finger, face and even tongue. For a long time they can have a normal color and only then do black dots appear inside.
Black plantar wart
A variety of common warts is the black plantar. Most often appears in the place of pressing the shoe, its formation is promoted by increased sweating of this part of the legs. The sprout, as a rule, is initially single, with an uneven surface, flesh-colored. There may be several, eventually merging into one "mosaic" wart. Over time, there are black dots, representing its roots. Dense keratinized plantar warts cause a lot of trouble, tk. Painful, bring discomfort when walking.

Differential diagnosis
Differentiated diagnostics are also performed with red planar lice and warty skin tuberculosis. In the first case, the papules of formation differ in violet-red color, in the second - the presence of a bright violet rim around the tubercle.

Treatment of the black warts
The black wart, like its other species, may disappear, but this does not eliminate the papilloma virus. Therefore, therapy is based on an integrated approach and includes:
- antiviral drugs;
- immunomodulating;
- vitamin;
- surgical treatment (removal of the education itself).
Medications
Antiviral treatment aimed at combating the human papillomavirus is carried out with the help of drugs, which are based on the active substance interferon.
Interferon are proteins obtained with the help of leukocytes of healthy people as a response of the immune system to the effect of the virus, aimed at its destruction. It is sold in ampoules, immediately before use is opened, topped up to a mark on it with distilled or cooled boiled water, shaken until the contents dissolve. Buried in each nostril for 5 drops several times a day according to the doctor's prescription. More effective when sprayed with an inhaler. For one session, you need 3 ampoules per 10ml of water. The drug is not prohibited even for infants, and there is no information on the safety of use for pregnant women, therefore only the doctor determines the appropriateness of using it. Among the side effects are allergic reactions.

It protects the substance from oxidation, it is a powerful anti-inflammatory, restoring agent. Produced in vials, ampoules, capsules. Can be taken from 50 to 300ml a day. High doses can cause diarrhea. He is cautiously prescribed for thrombophlebitis, cardiosclerosis, myocardial infarction.
