In fact, this remedy can always be used if an adult or child has a fever due to an inflammatory process, seasonal cold or flu. In addition, the triad for fever is truly irreplaceable for other infectious diseases.

Today, there are many opinions about the effectiveness of this drug. Some consider it irreplaceable, while others, on the contrary, think that it is more harmful than useful. In any case, if your body temperature rises to 38 degrees, do not rush to bring it down. The fact is that thanks to it, a hot environment is created in the body, which pathogenic microorganisms do not like. Harmful bacteria stop multiplying and immediately die if the patient's body temperature rises to 38.4 degrees. In addition, some drugs work more effectively only in this state of the body.

It is necessary to bring down a high temperature: in case of congenital and acquired heart defects, if you have frequent fainting or convulsions, arrhythmia, in case of neurotic or mental disorders (epilepsy).

Release form

Doctors also call the troychatka a lytic mixture. Usually, they use a solution for injections, but you can also take tablets. The lytic mixture means that this drug is a combination remedy that helps quickly stabilize normal body temperature. Troychatka also has an analgesic effect.

Pharmacodynamics

• Analgin. It has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects, the mechanism of which is associated with the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.
• No-shpa. Drotaverine is an isoquinoline derivative that exhibits a powerful antispasmodic effect on smooth muscles by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 4 (PDE4). Drotaverine is effective in smooth muscle spasms of both neurogenic and muscular origin. Regardless of the type of autonomic innervation, drotaverine relaxes the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract, biliary tract, and genitourinary system. Due to its vasodilating effect, drotaverine improves tissue blood supply. Thus, the above-described mechanisms of drotaverine action eliminate smooth muscle spasm, which leads to pain relief. [ 1 ]
• Diazolin. The drug is an H1-histamine receptor blocker. It has an anti-allergic effect and helps reduce swelling of the mucous membranes. This drug can reduce the effect of histamine on smooth muscles, the uterus, bronchi and intestines, reduce the severity of hypotension, and increase vascular permeability. It slightly penetrates the central nervous system, but does not have a hypnotic or sedative effect. It has weak anesthetic and M-cholinergic properties. The effect is achieved 15-30 minutes after administration. Its duration can last up to 2 days.

Pharmacokinetics

Let's consider the pharmacokinetics of each drug that is part of the classic recipe for the trinity.

1. Analgin. Completely and quickly absorbed immediately after oral administration. There is no unchanged metamizole in the blood. The drug is excreted by the kidneys. Metabolites can be excreted in breast milk. Completely excreted in urine. [ 2 ]
2. No-shpa. Completely absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract after oral administration. But after metabolism during the first pass through the liver, 65% of the drug can enter the systemic bloodstream. After 45-60 minutes it reaches the plasma.
3. Diazolin. Due to the fact that the drug is absorbed quite quickly through the gastrointestinal tract, diazolin immediately penetrates the body's tissues. Its bioavailability can range from 40% to 60%. The half-life from plasma lasts 4 hours. It practically does not penetrate the blood-brain barrier. Metabolism occurs in the liver. The drug is excreted by the kidneys.

The composition of the trinity from temperature

As mentioned above, the temperature troychatka is a combination drug. The classic composition of this drug includes: No-shpa (in particular, the component drovaterin), diphenhydramine and analgin. But today, most manufacturers are trying to replace diphenhydramine (which can only be purchased with a doctor's prescription) with other antihistamines (Suprastin, Tavegil, Diazolin). In some cases, other components of the troychatka are also replaced. For example, No-shpa is often replaced with Papaverine, which has a similar effect.

It is interesting that all the drugs that are part of the troichatka, in fact, do not have an antipyretic effect, but together they help to bring down the body temperature to normal levels. Why does this happen? These drugs help your immune system fight bacteria. As a rule, at a high temperature, joints ache, the pulse quickens, and a headache occurs. The troichatka, with the help of its components, copes with these symptoms (analgin will relieve pain, papaverine or no-shpa will relieve vascular spasm and dilate them, diazolin will relieve tissue swelling).

Troychatka from temperature for children

Diseases that cause fever are common in both adults and children. Children tolerate feverish conditions worse. And, although many doctors do not recommend bringing down the temperature to 38 degrees, parents often do so.

In such cases, the triplet from temperature for children is very often used. In its composition, it is no different from the classic one (analgin, papaverine or no-shpa and any antihistamine). In what cases can such a drug be prescribed to a child and how safe is it?

Single intravenous doses of metamizole were well tolerated in more than 1000 children aged 6 years or younger. The incidence of serious adverse reactions (hemodynamic, anaphylactic or respiratory reactions) was below 0.3%. Sample size and follow-up were insufficient to detect episodes of agranulocytosis.[ 4 ],[ 5 ]

Doctors often prescribe intramuscular injection of troychatka to reduce high body temperature, regardless of what caused it (viral or bacterial infections). If you choose the right proportions, the combination of three separate drugs will help quickly stabilize the temperature, relieve pain in the joints, and overcome headaches. But if you give a troychatka injection to a child, you should remember that in inflammatory processes it helps to reduce the temperature only for three to four hours, after which the fever appears again. Due to the heavy load on the child's body, troychatka can be administered no more than three times a day.

Remember, only a doctor can prescribe a triple for fever, especially if the fever appears in small children. The danger lies in the fact that parents can incorrectly select the dosage of drugs. If your child has a fever, you should immediately call a doctor, and not self-medicate.

However, there are cases when the baby has a high body temperature, and it is not possible to call a specialist. To prevent the occurrence of convulsions, which can cause a fatal outcome, it is necessary to always keep a prepared triad in the home medicine cabinet or at least the drugs that are part of it (in any form).

If your child is afraid of injections, you can make a micro enema from the components of the trio, which will work in 5-10 minutes. But you should not abuse such a remedy.

How is the triple made for fever?

It is worth understanding that the troychatka is a rather serious remedy that should not be introduced into the body just like that. It is prescribed only in emergency cases when it is necessary to quickly bring down the temperature.

Recipes

Only a competent specialist can make the right triplet that will help bring down a high temperature in your particular case. The thing is that the triplet is made from three main components, which can be replaced by other drugs with a similar effect. For example, if you don’t have Papaverine at hand, you can replace it with Paracetamol, and Diphenhydramine with Suprastin or Diazolin. Analgin can easily be replaced with any painkiller. Sometimes only a doctor can select effective remedies, especially when it comes to treating a child.

Dosage of the trinity for temperature

First of all, it is necessary to remember that the triad can be used only if the temperature has risen above 38 degrees. The injection will help to feel relief in 20 minutes, when taking tablets you will need to wait up to 40 minutes.

The dosage of the triplet from temperature always depends on the patient's weight. If it is 55-60 kg, you can make a preparation with 1 ml of Analgin, 1 ml of Diazolin and 1 ml of Papaverine (No-Shpa). If you decide to take pills, you need to carefully study the instructions for them.

Remember that after three to four hours the temperature will begin to rise again, but the triad should not be used more than three times a day.

How to use the trinity for temperature

How to properly introduce the triad into the body?

1. The ampoules of the three drugs need to be squeezed in the palms to warm them up a little.
2. Disinfect the ampoules before administering the injection.
3. Using a disposable syringe, you must first inject 2 ml of Analgin, then 2 ml of Papaverine and 1 ml of an auxiliary substance for allergies (for example, Diazolin).
4. The best place for an intramuscular injection is the outer upper square on the buttock. Treat the skin in this area with alcohol.
5. The needle should be inserted strictly perpendicular to the buttock.
6. Slowly inject the mixture until the toy is 2/3 of the way into the skin.

Taking the tablets is even easier. You just need to wash down each tablet separately with a sufficient amount of water.

Using the triad for fever during pregnancy

During pregnancy and lactation, you cannot take the trio for fever. This is because it contains Analgin. [ 3 ] In this case, you need to look for a suitable alternative. For example, using three different drugs in tablet form (Suprastin, No-Shpa and Baralgin) is excellent. It is also worth consulting a doctor who will prescribe effective therapy that is safe for the health of the expectant mother and fetus.

Contraindications for use

In what cases should the lytic mixture not be used?

1. Cutting or wandering pain in the abdominal area. This may be one of the symptoms of appendicitis.
2. Individual intolerance to at least one of the components of the trinity.
3. If the patient has already taken any analogue of Analgin before the injection. This may lead to an overdose.
4. Pregnancy and lactation.

Overdose

An overdose of Troychatka can only occur if the patient has already taken a drug similar to Analgin four hours before the injection.

Storage conditions

First of all, the troichatka should be stored in a place inaccessible to small children. It should be dark, without direct sunlight. If you are not going to use the drug in the near future, you need to put it in a cool place.

Best before date

Usually the shelf life of the temperature trinity is 2 years. You should not use the drug after this period, as this may cause an unexpected reaction of the body and side effects.
