If your teeth are loose, you need to take this symptom seriously. Because loose teeth, even in the absence of pain, can signal the presence of not only pathology in the oral cavity itself, but also diseases of the internal organs.
A timely visit to the doctor will help not only to preserve teeth, but also health in general. It is the doctor who will help to understand the problem, diagnose the cause of loose teeth and prescribe therapeutic and preventive measures.
Why do teeth become loose?
Why do teeth become loose even with the most meticulous oral care, worries many? And there can be many reasons for this, namely:
- Inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity (gingivitis, periodontitis),
- Chronic diseases in the body:
- presence of diabetes mellitus,
- osteoporosis, arthritis,
- thyroid dysfunction,
- mineral metabolism disorder,
- psoriasis, etc.
- Decreased immune strength of the body.
- Unbalanced diet.
- Lack of vitamins in the body.
- Malocclusion.
- Genetic predisposition.
- Changes in hormonal levels - pregnancy and breastfeeding, menopause, puberty, menstruation.
- Use of medicinal products.
- Mechanical impact on teeth – injuries, teeth grinding at night (bruxism).
Any disease of the internal organs can be the cause of instability of the teeth, even with proper care, so it is necessary not only to take good care of the oral cavity, but also of the condition of the whole body.
Why do my front teeth become loose?
Why do front teeth become loose is of particular interest to those who have encountered such a problem. Looseness of front teeth is not uncommon. Looseness of front teeth can be physiological and pathological. Factors that provoke loosening of front teeth:
- gum and periodontal diseases,
- their traumatic defeat,
- the presence of bad habits - alcohol abuse, smoking, grinding teeth at night,
- hereditary predisposition,
- formed malocclusion,
- insufficient oral hygiene – incorrect technique and frequency of brushing teeth.
In addition, the looseness of the front teeth can be associated with some diseases in the body - diabetes, osteoporosis, metastatic lesions of dental tissue due to tumor processes, etc.
Why do molars become loose?
Why do molars loosen, many people ask? There are many reasons for loosening molars. These can be diseases of both the oral cavity ( gingivitis, periodontitis, periodontosis) and the body as a whole. Moreover, the percentage of loose teeth, especially molars, increases with age. The reasons for loosening teeth are described in more detail above.
Why do healthy teeth become loose?
Why healthy teeth are loose worries many people. Sometimes, in the initial stages of periodontitis, its only manifestation may be loose teeth, seemingly healthy at first glance. As periodontitis progresses, other symptoms appear - bleeding, viscosity of saliva, inflammation of the gums, bad breath, etc. Therefore, if you discover loose teeth, you must first go to the dentist.
Healthy teeth can become loose due to some diseases in the body - hypovitaminosis, osteoporosis, diabetes, metabolic disorders, decreased immunity, tumor processes, etc. Therefore, if loose teeth are detected, and the dentist has not found any pathology in the oral cavity, you need to contact a therapist and undergo an examination, which he will prescribe in order to identify the cause of loose teeth and begin the necessary treatment.
It should be known that, normally, in the absence of any pathology in the oral cavity and in the body, healthy teeth do not wobble, but are securely fixed in their socket.
Why does a child have a loose tooth?
If a child of five to twelve years of age has a loose tooth, then most likely this is the process of replacing baby teeth with permanent teeth and there is no need to worry. Timely loss of baby teeth is very good, since it is the key to beautiful, strong and healthy permanent teeth. If the loss of baby teeth is observed earlier or later, then there is a possibility that permanent teeth will grow crookedly and problems with their growth may arise.
A child's tooth may become loose due to oral diseases, in particular the presence of caries, which often affects not only permanent but also baby teeth. Caries of baby teeth is subject to mandatory treatment, since there is a risk of its occurrence on permanent teeth. The presence of gingivitis or periodontitis in a child also requires dental care to prevent the progression of the inflammatory process in the mouth and possible tooth loss.
Tooth loosening in children can occur as a result of injuries, falls or blows. In this case, it is necessary to resort to the services of a dentist who will determine the extent of damage to the tooth and the possibility of preserving it.
Why does a baby tooth become loose?
If a baby tooth is loose, it is a natural process and indicates that it will soon fall out. As a rule, the replacement of baby teeth with permanent ones begins at the age of five. Therefore, if a child's teeth become loose during this period, there is no need to be alarmed.
The process of losing baby teeth is usually painless and occurs gradually - first the root of the tooth is absorbed, then it becomes loose and is held by the gums and falls out. At the same time when the baby tooth becomes loose, the permanent tooth begins to grow and mature. By falling out, baby teeth make room for the growth of permanent teeth. The process of replacing baby teeth with permanent teeth lasts from the age of five to 9-12.
Sometimes, a child’s baby tooth may become loose not only due to a physiological process, but also as a result of:
- injuries, falls, blows;
- inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity (gingivitis, periodontitis),
- diseases of internal organs,
- lack of vitamins and minerals in the body.
Milk teeth play an important role – they help permanent teeth to erupt and be positioned correctly in the oral cavity, and also have a stimulating effect on the development and growth of the bones of the upper and lower jaws. Therefore, it is not worth interfering with the physiological process of milk teeth falling out. Only in rare cases do you have to contact a dentist to remove a loose milk tooth or in case of its injury and inflammation.
Why does a child have a loose permanent tooth?
If a child's permanent tooth is loose, there is no reason to worry. In the case of a permanent tooth erupting, its root is not fully formed, so do not loosen it and be patient - it will strengthen on its own, this happens.
Of course, if a permanent tooth is not only loose, but also hurts, and there is swelling of the gums, symptoms of general malaise (weakness, moodiness, fever, poor appetite, etc.), you should visit the dentist for diagnosis and treatment, since there may be an inflammatory process in the child's oral cavity.
In addition, the looseness of a permanent tooth in a child may also occur after injuries, falls and bruises. In this case, it is also better to consult a doctor so that he can assess how damaged the tooth is and whether therapy is required.
Why does my tooth hurt and become loose?
When a tooth hurts and becomes loose, it may indicate the presence of one of the following diseases:
Periodontosis is characterized by atrophic processes in the tissues surrounding the tooth, as a result of which the unity of the dental ligamentous apparatus with the bone tissue - the alveolar processes of the jaw - is disrupted. Periodontosis is characterized by a progressive course, discomfort in the gums, loose teeth, their soreness, and an unpleasant odor from the oral cavity. Over time, the tooth roots are exposed, wedge-shaped defects are formed on the tooth enamel. The absence of therapy ends in tooth loss.
- Periodontitis, which is characterized by inflammation of the tissues surrounding the tooth root. This process causes damage and decay of the nerve, as well as damage to the bone tissue near the tooth root. The result of this process is tooth instability and pain, especially when touched. Also, with periodontitis, there is an unpleasant odor from the mouth, enlarged gums, lip or cheek. Its complication is a cyst or granuloma of the tooth. If periodontitis is not treated for a long time, there may be complications in the heart, joints and kidneys. Usually, such a tooth is not restored and is subject to removal.
- A dental cyst is a benign formation that is localized mainly near the tooth root. Such a cyst is usually filled with fluid. As it grows, the cyst contributes to the reduction of healthy tissue areas located around the tooth. As a result, the tooth loses stability and falls out. A dental cyst is subject to surgical removal to prevent its further development and complications, since it does not resolve either on its own or under the influence of conservative therapy. A complication of a cyst is the occurrence of purulent inflammation in bone tissue. The insidiousness of a cyst is that with its small size there are no clinical symptoms, and it can only be determined radiologically. Symptoms appear when the cyst reaches a size of three to four centimeters - swelling of the face and an increase in temperature are possible.
- A dental granuloma is a complicated cyst, a cavity filled with purulent contents. It can be caused by trauma, improper treatment of the tooth root, pulpitis, periodontitis, deep caries. Granuloma can affect the gums and the root of the tooth, resulting in severe pain, looseness of the tooth, and a rise in temperature. Complications of granuloma include infectious damage to the kidneys, heart, and joints. Treatment is surgical removal followed by antibiotic therapy.
- Periostitis (flux) is a purulent inflammation of the periosteum. It occurs as a result of trauma, advanced caries, incomplete dental treatment, and various inflammatory processes in the oral cavity. Periostitis manifests itself as toothache, swelling of the gums and/or cheeks, a possible rise in temperature and looseness of the tooth. Treatment is surgical removal of the abscess and prescription of an antibiotic.
To prevent the occurrence of gum and dental diseases, high-quality care and regular examination by a dentist are necessary.
When do lower teeth become loose?
If the lower teeth are loose and there is periodic bleeding, swelling and even pain, then this is an urgent reason to go to the dentist, since it may be gingivitis or another inflammatory disease of the gums and teeth. Also, the lower teeth can be loose in the presence of some pathology in the body, for example, reduced immunity, hypovitaminosis, etc. Therefore, if the oral cavity and teeth in particular are healthy, and this has been confirmed by the dentist, it is necessary to contact a therapist, undergo an examination, find and eliminate the cause of the looseness of the lower teeth.
When do teeth become loose during pregnancy?
Teeth become loose during pregnancy due to changes in calcium metabolism. The sockets where the tooth roots are located are the first reservoir where, if necessary, the woman's body will take calcium. During pregnancy, the need for it increases several times. Calcium begins to be consumed with particular activity from the sixth to seventh month of pregnancy, when there is intensive growth and accumulation of calcium salts in the bones of the fetus. As a result, the woman's tooth sockets begin to lose calcium, which is manifested by loose teeth in the pregnant woman.
Calcium deficiency in the body of a pregnant woman can occur due to early toxicosis, accompanied by vomiting, especially multiple. As a result, teeth become loose, periodontitis and caries become worse. Also, during pregnancy, the content of calcium and phosphorus in saliva, which restore tooth enamel, decreases. Therefore, frequent visits to the dentist are recommended during pregnancy, especially if the teeth are loose. The doctor will conduct an examination and the necessary tests to determine a set of preventive and therapeutic measures.
Also during pregnancy, it is necessary to review your diet to strengthen your teeth if they are loose or to prevent them from becoming loose. Namely:
- To ensure the daily calcium intake, it is necessary to consume about 200 grams of cottage cheese with sour cream, several glasses of milk and pieces of hard cheese daily in the first and second trimesters. Do not forget to eat fresh fruits and vegetables, which provide better absorption of calcium in the digestive tract. In the third trimester of pregnancy, the consumption of fermented milk products should be doubled.
- Good absorption of calcium is facilitated by dosed exposure to the sun. Therefore, there should be regular walks in the fresh air.
- The diet should contain sufficient microelements and vitamins, which can be obtained from fruits, vegetables, fish and meat. And also, if necessary, it is possible to use complex vitamins for pregnant women - Vitrum prenatal, Pregnavit, etc.
Don't forget about personal regular oral hygiene. Thus, the whole complex of measures - hygiene, nutrition, dentist - will provide the pregnant woman with healthy teeth and prevent them from becoming loose.

What to do if a tooth is loose?
To the question: what to do if a tooth is loose? The answer is simple - visit a dentist to figure out the reason for its looseness. If you self-medicate, the disease that contributed to the looseness of the tooth will progress, which threatens unwanted complications - purulent inflammation in the oral cavity, tooth loss, etc. It may happen that there are no diseases in the oral cavity and then you will have to go to a therapist for a consultation, he will conduct an examination, identify the disease that led to pathological mobility of the tooth and prescribe the appropriate therapy.
At the same time, it is necessary to eat right – increase the consumption of vitamins, microelements (in particular calcium), which are contained in fermented milk products, meat, fish, vegetables and fruits. In addition, rinse the mouth with dental rinses to treat and prevent inflammation, and massage the gums to strengthen them.
What to do if your front tooth is loose?
What to do if a front tooth is loose - immediately contact a dentist. Since timely medical attention will help save a front tooth from loss. According to statistics, gum and periodontal diseases are most often the cause of loose front teeth. Therapy for a loose front tooth begins with identifying the causative factor and eliminating it. To prevent loosening of the front teeth, it is necessary to perform the following simple preventive measures:
- Daily dental care is necessary in the morning and evening in order to avoid microbial contamination of the oral cavity and thus prevent all kinds of diseases in the mouth;
- thoroughness and correct technique of brushing teeth must be observed,
- if pathological processes appear in the gums and/or teeth, which are accompanied by inflammation and pain, you must immediately contact a dentist,
- in case of malocclusion, orthodontic therapy will help, with the help of which the load will be evenly distributed between the teeth, which will make them stronger,
- it is necessary to eliminate bad habits, if any - do not smoke, do not drink alcohol, if there is teeth grinding at night, then in this case the “night guard” plate, which is put on the teeth before going to bed, will help;
- in case of injury to a front tooth, splinting may be performed, in which the loose front tooth is secured to adjacent teeth;
- regular visits to the dentist for preventive purposes – once every six months;
- eat calcium-rich foods in large quantities - milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, hard cheese, fermented baked milk, kefir. And also eat fish, meat, eggs and fruits.
People who have a loose front tooth require an individual approach, which involves determining the causal factors and the degree of looseness of the teeth in order to carry out high-quality therapy and save the front tooth from loss.
What to do if a molar is loose?
Many people wonder what to do if a molar is loose? Should they self-medicate or go to the doctor? The answer is simple – see a dentist immediately, and the sooner the better. The dental clinic will conduct an examination and diagnosis of the oral cavity, prescribe appropriate therapy, including methods for strengthening weak teeth in order to preserve them. A belated visit to the dentist can end in the loss of molars with subsequent prosthetics. And, as everyone knows, there is nothing better than your own teeth.
Of course, while undergoing dental treatment at the dentist, it is necessary to follow a proper diet with sufficient amounts of fermented milk products, fruits, vegetables and meat, while simultaneously giving up smoking and drinking alcohol. And, of course, do not forget about regular oral hygiene, which consists of daily brushing of teeth in the morning and evening, using dental floss if necessary and rinsing the mouth with special dental products.
What to do if a baby tooth is loose?
What to do if a baby tooth is loose, many parents ask themselves? If a baby tooth is loose, then most likely this is a physiological process in which baby teeth are replaced by permanent teeth, and in this case, as a rule, nothing needs to be done, because the tooth will fall out on its own. But, it is still necessary to know what to be careful about when a child's baby tooth is loose:
- At what age did a baby tooth start to wobble? If this process starts earlier, it may be accompanied by the formation of an incorrect bite, and subsequently - deformation of the dental arch, which requires the help of a dentist.
- How long does a baby tooth loosen? If a baby tooth loosens for a long time and does not fall out, then you need to see a dentist.
- It is necessary to assess the general well-being of a child whose baby tooth is loose. Because during this period, an increase in temperature, nausea, poor appetite and possibly vomiting are possible. The deterioration of the condition can be noted both during the physiological process of tooth replacement, but also as a result of an infection in the oral cavity and not only, so it is better to consult a pediatrician and a dentist.
In what cases should a dentist remove a loose baby tooth:
- does not fall out for a long time and interferes with the eruption of a permanent tooth,
- inflammation of the tooth and surrounding soft tissues,
- caries of a baby tooth.
If the natural process of replacing baby teeth is not complicated, sometimes you can help your child remove a loose baby tooth without the help of a dentist:
- to increase tooth loosening – give the child solid food to eat – apples, a crust of bread;
- You can take a piece of cotton wool or bandage, wrap it around the loose tooth and pull it up, you can gently turn it first. You can't make any sudden movements so as not to damage the gums and cause bleeding and pain.
Can a loose tooth be saved?
The question of whether a loose tooth can be saved can only be answered by a dentist who will conduct an examination and additional testing (primarily an X-ray). Everything depends on the duration of the tooth's loosening, the reasons that caused it to loosen, the degree of damage to the tooth and adjacent tissues, as well as the timeliness of seeking medical help. With timely access to a dentist, in most cases it is possible to save even a very loose tooth. In advanced cases, when the nerves of the tooth have died, its root is severely damaged and there is purulent inflammation, unfortunately, it is almost impossible to save a loose tooth in such cases.

How to strengthen loose teeth?
Many people are concerned about how to strengthen loose teeth? And for this, it is necessary to use all methods of traditional and alternative medicine to save teeth. First of all, you need to visit a dentist to determine the cause of loose teeth and eliminate it. Against the background of therapy at the dentist, at home you can also help yourself strengthen loose teeth:
- Dental hygiene can be done with the help of a medicinal paste. It can be prepared at home, for which it is necessary to mix tooth powder with calamus root. You can also gently massage your gums with this mixture.
- Rinse your mouth with herbal infusion. To prepare a healing infusion, take linden blossom and oak bark in a ratio of one to two. Pour boiling water (one glass) over 5 grams of the resulting mixture and boil for another five minutes. Cool the resulting solution and rinse your mouth. You can rinse only with brewed oak bark.
- Make poultices from fir oil. To do this, soak a gauze or cotton swab in fir oil and apply it to the gums for fifteen minutes for twenty days.
- You can rub your gums with garlic, of course, if there are no contraindications (wounds, erosions, ulcers).
- Do "teeth gymnastics" - chew a young branch of rose hips, currants or apple until it is crushed. You need to start by biting the branch. After a few weeks, you can rub the branch between your teeth. After one month, you can remove layers from the branch with your teeth. These manipulations help strengthen your teeth.
- It may be necessary to take vitamins, since their deficiency can cause loose teeth (Multifort, Multitabs).
Sometimes the oral cavity appears healthy, but the teeth are loose, then it is necessary to consult a general practitioner and undergo an examination to identify the disease that caused the loosening of the teeth.
How to treat loose teeth?
How to treat loose teeth, many people ask? Treatment of loose teeth is complex and includes the following measures:
- Regular visits to the dentist, and, if necessary, to a therapist and specialists (endocrinologist, immunologist, neurologist, etc.).
- Correction of nutrition – consumption of healthy and vitamin-rich food. Nutrition should be balanced with sufficient amount of vegetables, fruits, fermented milk products, fish and meat. It is recommended to eat and gnaw solid food – apples, carrots, pears, etc.
- Refrain from drinking alcohol and smoking.
- Perform hygienic cleaning of teeth twice a day with medicinal pastes (Parodontax, Medicinal Herbs, for children - Weleda).
- Use mouthwashes that have anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, antiseptic strengthening effects - forest balm, lakalut, etc. You can prepare a decoction for rinsing at home from oak bark, chamomile, sage. In case of severe inflammation in the oral cavity, you can use - rotokan, rekutan.
- Massage your gums with your fingers or soft toothbrushes.
- A lack of vitamins in the body, accompanied by loose teeth, requires taking vitamins, especially C and P, and it is best to take a vitamin complex - Multifort, Multitabs.
- In case of calcium deficiency in the body, in particular in case of osteoporosis, which can cause loose teeth, the doctor prescribes calcium preparations – Calcium D3 Nycomed.
- In case of periodontosis, gum massage, gum shower are performed, darsonvalization and other physiotherapeutic measures are prescribed, and the underlying disease that caused periodontosis is treated (for example, diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, digestive tract disease, etc.).
- In case of periodontitis, surgical and conservative methods of therapy are used.
- Conservative therapy is used in the early stages of the disease and consists of removing tartar mechanically or using ultrasound. The surface of the tooth is also polished, the root and crown of the tooth are treated using special brushes with fluoride varnish.
- Deep tartar removal can be used – curettage – removal of deposits with special hooks, excavators, curettes (closed curettage) or open curettage is performed – a gum incision. Another method of surgical therapy is flap, which involves removing the upper part of the gum, cleaning the roots of the teeth and reattaching the flap. The goal of surgical therapy is to remove gum pockets that have formed as a result of bone resorption, and thus eliminate tooth instability.
- In case of periodontitis and periodontosis, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic drugs can be used – Vokara, Recutan.
- If a dental cyst is detected, surgical and conservative therapy are possible.
- Surgical therapy consists of cystectomy – removal of the cyst and damaged tooth apex, hemisection can also be performed – removal of the cyst, one tooth root and the tooth apex above it. The defect is covered with a crown.
- Conservative therapy consists of the following: the tooth is drilled, its root canal is cleaned, and the contents of the cyst are removed through it. After that, the canal is washed with an antiseptic solution, antibacterial agents and drugs that destroy the cystic membrane are introduced. After cleaning the cyst cavity, it is filled with a special paste, thanks to which healthy bone tissue is formed at the site of damage. After this, the tooth is filled.
- A newer conservative method is depophoresis, which eliminates the infection in all root canals. The essence of the method is the introduction of a special suspension - copper-calcium hydroxide. Under the influence of electric current, the suspension moves and spreads to areas difficult to reach with a drill, including the cyst cavity, and thus the affected cells and bacteria are eliminated.
- In case of a tooth injury, if it is minor, it is enough to exclude the intake of solid food for some time and the tooth will regain its strength. In case of a severe injury, tooth splinting may be necessary, which ensures the strengthening of the teeth and prevents their further loosening, and also allows the periodontal tissues to recover.
The success of treating loose teeth depends on timely medical attention, thorough diagnosis and adequate therapy.
Folk remedies for loose teeth
Folk remedies for loose teeth are quite effective, but they should be used in the background and after visiting a dentist. Since the doctor will conduct diagnostics, identify the cause of loose teeth and eliminate it, if there is one. And folk remedies will help to strengthen gums and teeth more quickly.
- Tincture for rinsing the mouth to strengthen gums and teeth - mix two liters of 30% alcohol with a handful of propolis and one hundred grams of dry calamus root, add a little mint. Infuse the resulting mixture in the dark for a month. Rinse the mouth after eating and brushing your teeth. After 2-3 weeks, the enamel of the teeth is strengthened, and bleeding and pain, if any, are eliminated. Can be used for periodontal disease.
- Massage the gums with index fingers soaked in sea buckthorn oil or rosehip oil. Do this for three to five minutes. Duration of treatment is two weeks, then a two-week break and you can continue again.
- Use of fir oil for rinsing or in the form of lotions. The solution for rinsing is prepared as follows: three to five drops of fir oil are added to one hundred grams of water and the mouth is rinsed, or a cotton swab is moistened with oil and applied to the gums. The duration of therapy is two weeks, during which time the gums are strengthened, bleeding is eliminated.
- To strengthen teeth and prevent the formation of tartar, you can make a toothpaste - half a glass of warm water + 2.5 grams of soda, white clay and salt. Brush your teeth with the resulting paste twice a day.
- You can make chewing gum to strengthen your teeth - one hundred grams of beeswax + 50 grams of honey + three drops of peppermint oil. Melt this mixture, stir and cool. Make balls from the mixture and chew a couple of times a day.
- Lingonberry juice strengthens gums. A cotton or gauze swab is moistened with it and applied to the gums, which relieves inflammation and eliminates tooth instability.
- Chewing bitumen for one hour three times a week or chewing two grams of propolis per day every day will help strengthen your teeth.
- Chewing wax caps from honeycombs for 15 minutes to half an hour once a day strengthens gums, reduces inflammation and eliminates loose teeth.
- To strengthen the gums, use the following mixture - salt, soda and wood ash in equal proportions. The resulting mixture is used to clean the teeth.
- Rinsing the mouth with celandine tincture. To prepare it, you need to mix one part of celandine juice with one part of alcohol, then take five grams of the resulting solution and dilute them in a glass of water and you can rinse. Can be used for a long time.
- A solution prepared from horseradish juice strengthens gums. It is necessary to dilute five to ten grams of horseradish juice with a glass of wine and rinse the mouth.
- A cut aloe leaf is applied to the gums for several months, which helps strengthen the gums and prevents loose teeth.
- You can rinse your mouth with a solution made from burdock grass - five grams of grass are poured with 200 grams of water and boiled for 3 minutes. Cool the solution and rinse your mouth, which strengthens the gums and stops the teeth from wobbling.
If the oral cavity is healthy and the use of folk remedies does not help to eliminate loose teeth, you need to go to a consultation with a general practitioner. Since loose teeth can be associated with the presence of some disease of the internal organs.
Why do you dream about a loose tooth?
Why do you dream of a loose tooth, some may ask? In various dream books, loose teeth can be interpreted in different ways. This dream can indicate both well-being and promise trouble, which depends on the mood with which the person woke up.
- In the case when teeth do not fall out in a dream, but only wobble, it means that a child will be born in the family in the near future.
- If after waking up you feel unpleasant and painful sensations, then such a dream means illness of a child or loved ones.
- Also, a loose tooth may indicate disagreements with friends or relatives.
- If in a dream a tooth loosens and falls out, then this may indicate the destruction of planned plans.
- Rotten, loose teeth can indicate illness or even death. If such teeth are without blood, then this concerns acquaintances, and if with blood, then this will concern relatives. If the loose tooth is not damaged, then the situation can be somehow corrected.
It is believed that if molars are loose and fall out, then health problems will be experienced by an adult. And if front teeth are loose and fall out, then health problems will be experienced by a child.
There is also an opinion that if the teeth on the left are loose, then the female half will have health problems, and if on the right, then the male half will have health problems.
Perhaps a dream in which a loose tooth was dreamed means that it is necessary to see a dentist or before going to bed a person thought about the problems he has with his teeth. A loose tooth in a dream can also hint at some problems with the gastrointestinal tract.
In any case, if you had a dream in which a tooth was loose, you need to pay attention to your health and the health of your loved ones.
