Indications Reamberina

It is used for the following disorders:

  • hypoxia of various etiologies - for example, arising against the background of cardiac or respiratory failure or after surgery;
  • poisoning;
  • hepatitis of viral or toxic origin, as well as cholestasis;
  • a state of shock that can be caused by various reasons.

Release form

It is produced in the form of a solution, in polymer containers with a volume of 250 or 500 ml or in glass bottles with a volume of 200 or 400 mg.

Pharmacodynamics

The active element helps protect the heart muscle, kidneys and liver, as well as nerve endings from the effects of toxic substances. In addition, the drug has a detoxifying, antioxidant, and antihypoxic effect. By slowing down the processes of peroxidative fat oxidation that occur during tissue ischemia and hypoxia, the drug stimulates the activity of enzymes with antioxidant properties.

Reamberin helps stabilize the function of cell walls inside the liver, brain, and also the heart and kidneys. At the same time, the drug has a diuretic effect.

Meglumine sodium succinate penetrates into cellular mitochondria and takes part in the citrate cycle, preventing oxidative reactions and increasing the energy potential inside cells (accumulation of phosphocreatine and ATP occurs).

The medicine does not accumulate inside the body when new doses are administered; all components that enter the body are completely consumed.

Pharmacokinetics

After intravenous drip injection, medicinal elements are immediately subjected to cellular utilization. The development of the therapeutic effect occurs gradually, as the medicinal substances enter the blood. The effect of the drug lasts for 3-12 hours (a more accurate figure is determined by the speed of systemic circulation and the condition of the kidneys).

Dosing and administration

Taking into account the severity of the disorder, the size of the daily portion and the rate of its administration are determined.

When eliminating alcohol poisoning, Reamberin should be administered intravenously at a rate of 90 drops/minute. It is necessary to administer 400-800 ml of solution per day.

Children are given IV drips at a rate of 8 ml/kg. A maximum of 400 ml of the drug is allowed to be administered per day.

The duration of such a therapeutic course is a maximum of 11 days.

Reviews

Reamberin gets a lot of good reviews. The drug perfectly removes various toxins from the body and promotes recovery after severe infections. The drug is not an independent therapeutic agent for the treatment of any specific diseases, but it significantly accelerates recovery. The disadvantage is that the solution sometimes causes side effects, which is why it is prohibited to use it outside of a hospital.

Sometimes doctors prescribe the use of the solution for the treatment of psoriasis. It is considered that this is a rather controversial point, but in some cases the use of Reamberin helps to release toxins, stabilize liver function and improve metabolic processes. The result is the elimination of psoriasis. Long-term course use under the supervision of an experienced medical professional demonstrates quite good results.
