Milk with lard for cough

One of the most accessible methods of relieving a painful condition is milk with lard for cough. Most often, pork lard is used for treatment. The product is melted down into lard and used for medicinal purposes.

Benefits and medicinal properties of lard for cough:

  • Contains vitamins and microelements necessary for the normal functioning of the body.
  • The product is rich in arachidonic acid, which is involved in cholesterol metabolism and promotes the production of hormonal substances.
  • Lard does not lose its beneficial properties when heated or melted.
  • It mixes easily with other ingredients and has a neutral taste.

In addition to pork fat, fat from other animals can be used in treatment:

  • Badger fat is effective for chronic spasmodic cough in chronic bronchitis, which occurs with pneumonia and tuberculosis of the lungs. It has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.
  • Goose fat – liquefies phlegm, increases immunity, softens the mucous membrane of the oropharynx.
  • Bear fat – relieves attacks of spasmodic cough, accelerates the process of expectoration of phlegm.
  • Goat fat – does not have an unpleasant smell, so it can be used in the treatment of children. It has pronounced antitussive properties.
  • Lamb fat is effective in treating bronchitis and smoker's cough. Contains a complex of useful substances.

The easiest way to use lard to treat cough is to melt it to the consistency of lard and mix a spoonful of fat with a glass of milk. The remedy should be taken hot.

Badger fat with milk for cough

In addition to pork fat, badger fat with milk is also popular for coughs. The product contains many vitamins and minerals, polyunsaturated natural fatty acids, and microelements. Badger fat in combination with a drink of animal origin is effective for:

The product is used for various diseases associated with damage to the upper respiratory tract. Strengthens weakened immunity, which is especially important during the cold season. Neutralizes inflammatory processes and accelerates the regeneration of damaged tissues.

Badger fat can be purchased at a pharmacy. Today, it is available in the form of a cream, ointment, capsules for oral use and, of course, a pure product. To prepare the medicine, mix fat and honey in equal proportions in a glass of warm milk. Mix everything thoroughly and take orally, preferably before bedtime.

But despite all the beneficial properties, badger fat is a heavy product that is contraindicated in diseases of the digestive system, pancreas or liver. In addition, fat components can cause severe allergic reactions. That is why it is not recommended for use in children under 3 years old. In case of overdose of this product, there are attacks of nausea and vomiting, stool disorders, skin allergic reactions and much more. Therefore, before using it, it would not be superfluous to consult with your doctor.

Milk with mutton fat for cough

The ideal product for treating cough and bronchitis is mutton fat. Despite its very specific smell and no less unusual taste, the product has the following properties:

  • Contains fat-soluble vitamins that are easily absorbed by the body.
  • It contains linoleic acid, which has anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties.
  • Palmitoleic acid has an antibacterial effect.

Milk with mutton fat for cough is the best option for using lard for medicinal purposes. So, melt the fat and mix it with a glass of warm milk until completely dissolved. Add a couple of teaspoons of honey and crushed aloe to the remedy. Take 1-2 tablespoons 3-4 times a day before meals.

Lamb fat is antiallergenic, but before using the above recipe, you should make sure that there are no allergic reactions to honey or milk. The product is contraindicated in renal and hepatic insufficiency, gallbladder diseases and exacerbation of gastrointestinal pathologies.
