Indications Marimera

It is used in the following cases:

  • for inflammation in the nasopharynx, sinuses and nasal passages (in the acute or chronic stage);
  • for preventive therapy for lesions of the internal nasal structures (infectious nature);
  • for allergic rhinitis;
  • to remove accumulated nasal discharge in case of problems with breathing through the nose;
  • for rhinitis of vasomotor nature;
  • to prevent the development of inflammation after surgery;
  • for daily personal hygiene, if the external environment is very dry or heavily polluted.

Release form

It is released in the form of a nasal spray or nasal drops.

The spray is available in 50 or 100 ml cans equipped with a special spray nozzle. The package contains 1 can of spray.

The drops are placed in disposable dropper bottles with a volume of 5 ml or in glass bottles equipped with a mechanical pump with a volume of 30 ml. Inside the package there are 6 or 12 disposable bottles or 1 large bottle.

Pharmacodynamics

The active ingredients of the preparation liquefy the contents of the nose and remove accumulated secretions, which makes it easier to breathe through the nose (during runny noses of allergic or vasomotor origin, allergens are also excreted from the nasal cavity along with mucus, which helps eliminate the cause of the disease).

Medicinal microelements regulate the function of the ciliated epithelium, increasing its protective properties and increasing resistance to pathogenic viruses with bacteria and other pathogenic microbes. At the same time, the drug helps to restore the structure of the layers of cilia on the mucous membrane - in areas of damage.

Thanks to a specially developed micro-diffusion spray pattern (when a single dose of the medicine is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the treated nasal mucosa), deep and complete irrigation of the entire surface of the epithelium occurs, which allows the active components of the medicine to have an effective effect on the affected areas.

Dosing and administration

How to use drops.

The drug is used intranasally - drops are instilled into the nose using a dropper, which is on the bottle with the medicine. This course lasts about 2-4 weeks. It is also possible to repeat the treatment after some time, if there are indications for this.

The dose sizes and the regimen of drug use are selected taking into account the age of the patient:

  • newborns - 4 procedures per day, 2 drops inside each nostril. During rinsing, the patient should lie down with his head turned to the side. After the procedure, it is necessary to remove any discharge from the nose;
  • for children from 1 year old, as well as adults - during therapy, perform the procedure 4-6 times a day, at a rate of 2 drops in each nostril. If the drug is used for hygienic purposes - it should be instilled 1-4 times a day. The medicine should be used while sitting or lying down, tilting the head to the side - to completely irrigate the entire nasal mucosa. After finishing rinsing the nostrils, you must immediately apply a disposable napkin to the nose to remove the secreted secretion.

How to use the medicinal spray.

Aerosol is also used intranasally, using a special aspirator that sprays the medicine on the nasal mucosa and sinuses using a micro-diffusion method. This form of the drug can be prescribed only to patients over 1 year old. A child's or adult aspirator must be injected once into each nostril. The frequency of the procedures corresponds to the number of instillations of the medicine in the form of drops - 4-6 uses per day for the treatment of diseases, and 1-4 injections for hygiene procedures.

Special instructions

Reviews

Marimer often receives positive reviews. The natural components contained in its composition effectively help eliminate inflammations that appear in the nasal cavity, eliminate excess nasal discharge, significantly facilitating breathing processes through the nose.

The drug works great in treating newborns, so parents of infants often speak enthusiastically about it. The use of the drug only in isolated situations leads to the appearance of negative effects, which is why it can be prescribed even to very young children. Among the advantages, in addition to this, is the absence of general disorders, which is why intoxication with the drug is extremely unlikely, even if it is taken in excessive doses.

Shelf life

Marimer can be used for a period of 3 years from the date of manufacture of the drug. However, an opened bottle is valid for only 1 day.
