Pharmacodynamics
The drug has only a local effect. It effectively disinfects, removes inflammation, prevents allergic reactions, has a local anesthetic effect and promotes tissue regeneration. After applying the solution, it first leads to hyperemia in the soft tissue area and also increases the exudation process. Ammonium chloride helps to slow down the process a little, after which the release of toxins located inside the periodontal pockets begins. Stimulation of tissue regeneration processes also occurs.
After a course of using the drug, the amount of collagen fibrils increases, and in addition, bleeding with swelling is significantly reduced. Regular use of Maraslavin reduces the sensitivity of the dental neck, eliminates bad breath from the oral cavity, and at the same time increases the pH level.
Clove buds, which contain caryophyllene, essential oils, acetoeugenol, vanillin, and eugenol, have analgesic and disinfectant properties.
The Artemisia pontіса L. plant also contains many essential oils useful for the body (the most active of them is blue-green oil), 3-methylbutanoic acid with terpenes, and also alcohols, as well as thujone ketones. This element promotes the process of salivation, and also accelerates the regeneration processes inside the soft tissues and oral mucosa.
Black pepper also contains a large amount of essential oils. It has a powerful antimicrobial effect in the process of eliminating periodontitis. The element promotes the production of saliva, and in addition, it has an insecticidal effect.
Thyme contains carvacrol with paracymene and tannins. It has astringent, bactericidal and antispasmodic properties.
