Macrovit is a multivitamin complex. It consists of 10 essential vitamins that help regulate biochemical processes occurring inside the body.
Indications Macrovit
Provided that a balanced and proper diet is followed, the body can receive the necessary amount of vitamins, but when the need for them increases, this vitamin supplement is used. Among the indications for the use of this product are the following situations:
- mental or physical overload (fatigue due to work, school, stress, etc.);
- regular exercise;
- decreased appetite (in smokers, the elderly, alcoholics);
- in case of a monotonous irregular diet (eating dry food);
- diets to lose excess weight;
- during lactation or pregnancy;
- seasonal shortage of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Pharmacodynamics
Vitamins from the B category (thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine, calcium pantothenate, and nicotinamide) take part in the processes of protein and carbohydrate metabolism with fats, and along with this, in the functional activity of the nervous system.
Vitamin A helps form epithelial cells and synthesize visual pigment.
Vitamin D promotes the absorption of calcium, and also stabilizes the process of mineralization of teeth along with bone tissue.
Vitamin C increases the rate of iron absorption, and in addition, it takes part in many oxidation and reduction processes occurring in the body.
Vitamin E is a physiological antioxidant that helps protect cell membranes from various damages and also maintains their function.
Dosing and administration
Dosage for children aged 6-10 years: daily intake of 1-2 lozenges of the medicine. For children aged 10+ years, as well as adults, the dosage is 2-3 lozenges per day (this amount is the daily norm). The lozenge does not need to be chewed or swallowed - it should completely dissolve in the mouth.

Use of the medicine during pregnancy is permitted upon doctor's prescription.

When taking the medicine in recommended doses, side effects usually do not occur. If an allergy occurs, you must stop taking it and then consult a doctor.
