Rekutan is a dermatological medicine.
Indications Rekutana
It is used for monotherapy and combined treatment of various inflammations:
- diseases affecting the oral cavity: gingivitis and stomatitis with periodontal disease and glossitis;
- pathologies in the upper respiratory ducts: pharyngitis with tonsillitis (this also includes conditions after tonsillectomy);
- proctological diseases: hemorrhoids;
- gynecological diseases: erosion of the uterine cervix and local treatment for inflammation. In addition, it is used to treat the vaginal area before performing cesarean section (as a prophylactic substance).
The drug is prescribed for inhalation, special baths, and in addition to rinses or enemas.
The tincture can be used orally to treat colitis, enterocolitis, gastritis in a chronic form, and also for ulcers in the gastrointestinal tract.
Release form
The release is realized as a tincture, inside the bottles or jars with a capacity of 0.1 l.
Pharmacodynamics
Rekutan has some properties that develop under the action of the chemical elements contained in the composition of the extract of chamomile color. Among these are anti-inflammatory (inhibition of exudation processes), wound healing (stimulation of tissue healing processes), and with it some antiseptic effect.
The drug has no local effect. With prolonged use of the negative effects on the body is not observed.
Dosing and administration
For the treatment of lesions of the oral cavity, rinsing is performed: it is required to take 10 ml of the substance (2 teaspoons) and dissolve it inside the glass with ordinary water (0.2 l). For the treatment of periodontal disease, it is necessary to moisten the turunds in this solution, and then introduce them inside the pockets of the gums (the procedure is carried out every day and lasts 10-15 minutes; the whole medical cycle lasts 3-7 days).
In the case of treatment of pathology affecting the upper region of the respiratory ducts, daily inhalation procedures are performed. The solution has the above concentration - 10 ml of the substance per 0.2 l of plain water. It is necessary to use the drug for 10 days.
For diseases arising in the gastrointestinal tract, the extract should be taken orally. For an adult person, 1 teaspoon of drugs (5 ml of substance) per 0.5 cups of normal warm water (0.1 l) is prescribed. It is required to take the solution 2-4 times a day - 20 minutes before eating food.
In the case of hemorrhoids, medicine is used to hold baths or enemas. At the same time in a glass with warm water (0.2 l) dilute 10 ml of the substance. It is necessary to perform the procedure 2-3 times a day.
When washing the vagina, it is required to use a solution that includes 30-45 ml of the medicine (2-3 tablespoons) and warm water (1 l). The procedure is performed 2-3 times a day for 3-4 weeks.

Use Rekutana during pregnancy
Do not use the drug during pregnancy.
During lactation, Rekutan can only be taken with a doctor's appointment.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated to use the drug for intolerance against its constituent elements.
Side effects Rekutana
People with severe susceptibility to chamomile may develop allergy symptoms such as rashes, angioedema, hyperemia, urticaria, itching, and anaphylaxis.
