Lespenephril has antiazotemic and diuretic effects on the body.
The drug potentiates the process of diuresis, as well as the excretion of sodium salts from the body (it removes potassium salts, but in a smaller volume). At the same time, it weakens azotemia in case of insufficiency of the kidneys.
In persons who suffer from atherosclerosis, a decrease in blood cholesterol values is observed.
Indications Lespenefrila
In the form of tincture, it is used in case of an increase in blood indices of nitrogen, nephropathy, which is accompanied by the above violation, as well as in case of insufficiency of renal activity of a chronic or active nature.
In the form of injections, it is prescribed in connection with the failure of renal function, accompanied by hyperazotemia, exacerbation of the course of nephritis, extrarenal hyperazotemia, and in addition with complications of hyperazotemic nature and to prevent the occurrence of complications during nephritis.
Release form
The release of drugs is implemented in the form of oral tincture - inside the bottle, having a capacity of 120 ml.

Dosing and administration
In the case of taking the drug inside, the size of the prescribed dose is 0.5-1 ml / kg, taking into account the indicators of QC. Contraindications
