Kamagel is a medicine for eliminating dermatological diseases.
Indications of the kamagel
It is used to treat mild skin inflammations developing in such cases:
- due to prolonged exposure to sunlight;
- with strong sweating or moistening of the skin folds;
- as a result of bites of different insects;
- with burns left by jellyfish;
- because of the irritation that occurs after shaving.
In addition, the drug can be used for therapy with bruises and sprains, as well as for eliminating the swellings received during strokes.
Release form
The release is carried out in the form of a gel, in tubes with a volume of 40 g. Inside the pack - 1 tube with gel.
Pharmacodynamics
Aluminum acetotartrate has a local effect, acting as an antiseptic, and also has mild astringent properties. At the processing site, its use causes protein coagulation, forms a protective layer on the skin, strengthens the capillaries and reduces exudation, the development of infectious and inflammatory processes. Flavones with essential oil, which are constituent elements of chamomile extract, also reduce inflammation and have a moderate disinfecting effect.
The active ingredients of the drug synergistically reduce puffiness, pain and inflammation, as well as itching, which develop with a variety of dermatitis, and with it due to a sunburn, increased sweating or persistent water retention, and also because of a jellyfish or bite any insect and so on.
Pharmacokinetics
Information on the absorption of aluminum components into the body during local application is not available. Absorption of aluminum ions through the healthy skin is very weak. Inside the skin well pass chamomile flavones, especially apigens with luteolin.
Dosing and administration
To ease the inflammatory process on the skin, it is required to treat the affected area with a thin layer of gel several times a day.
To remove stretch marks, swelling and bruising, it is necessary to perform treatment with a thick layer of medicine, then apply a bandage to the damaged area.
The duration of the therapeutic course is assigned to each patient separately.
