Hexobendin helps improve metabolic processes within the heart and brain, thereby stabilizing the blood supply to these organs.

Etophylline has a positive diuretic, inotropic and bronchospasmolytic effect, and at the same time stimulates the work of the nervous system.

Etamivan helps improve the function of the system that activates the reticular formation of the brainstem, as a result of which its vegetative and cortical activity is stimulated.

Dosing and administration

Chronic cerebral insufficiency requires the use of an oral form of medication - it should be taken after or with meals, 1 tablet or pill 2-3 times a day, during a 3-4 week cycle.

For people with hypoxia or acute cerebral ischemia, the drug is administered intravenously via a drip (2 ml). In this case, the medication is dissolved in a physiological or 5% glucose solution (0.2-0.25 l). The substance should be administered 1-2 times a day. Therapy usually lasts 3-5 days until the desired result is achieved.

For other disorders, Instenon is often administered intravenously through a drip, as well as intramuscularly (2 ml of the drug; the substance is dissolved in 5% glucose liquid (0.2-0.25 l)). The dosage should be administered 1-2 times per day. The entire therapy cycle is 7-10 days.

To prevent a decrease in blood pressure, the solution is administered intravenously at a low rate.

The tablets of the drug must be taken whole, without chewing; they are washed down with a small amount of plain water. The therapeutic course can last up to 1.5 months. Its duration, as well as the sizes of dosage portions, are selected by a medical specialist.
